Tới trước thời điểm nhận phòng 1 ngày, khách sạn mới thông báo phải thanh toán trước tiền phòng (Trong khi đó Booking.com thông tin rõ ràng khách sạn không yêu cầu phải đặt cọc hay thanh toán trước). Khi chúng tôi email phản hồi không đồng ý vì cho rằng khách sạn đã vi phạm chính sách của Booking.com thì phía khách sạn lại yêu cầu đặt cọc tiền phòng (trước đó là yêu cầu chúng tôi phải thanh toán trước tiền phòng). Khi chúng tôi tiếp tục không đồng ý và bày tỏ sự lo lắng về chất lượng dịch vụ của khách sạn thì khách sạn thông báo đã hết phòng. Cảm giác giống như chúng tôi đã bị lừa gạt.

Комната грязная, очень уставшая
Все в плесени настолько сильно, что аж слезы идут (спасло то что есть окно и можно на ночь оставить открытым)
Двери очень ненадежные, слышно как ездит лифт по этажам
(один из моих самых худших опытов, но я искала самое дешевое, оно на то и вышло)

Nel complesso, questo hotel è fantastico. Il valore è incredibile. È super pulito e dispone di ottimi servizi. L'unico piccolo problema è che lo scarico della doccia era un po' lento e quindi il pavimento del bagno si allagava un po'. Non è un grosso problema, ma vale la pena menzionarlo.
