It's definitely a good apartment to stay in Sao Paulo, Itaim.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious with all the kitchen appliances, but inside a good hotel with a good breakfast. I recommend this apartment, especially because of the location.

Cons:

There are no amenities in the bathroom.
