Nice comfortable room in the old part of the building.

Cons:

There is no front desk, so they can’t accept or mail luggage for you, which is critical in Japan. Also not helpful at all. So this place is more like an AirBnB, not a hotel, as advertised.

素泊まりには最高のホテルかも。
Pros:

ベットが広くてゆっくり出来ました。部屋には飲み物もパジャマも有りませんが、フロント横でコーヒー豆を引いて飲めるのが最高でした。

Cons:

隣？の部屋の声や上の階の足音がうるさかったです。

Great location and very comfortable stay in Kyoto!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Minn Nijo in Kyoto. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the subway and bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city. It’s also close to a lively street with plenty of shops and great places to eat. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Cons:

We requested a triple room as we were traveling with our daughter, but the third bed was actually a sofa. We were a bit surprised that it hadn’t been prepared in advance, and my wife and I had to set it up ourselves using the sheets and duvet provided.

Καλή τοποθεσία και ήρεμα.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια, στεγασμένη αγορά. Κοντά σε ΜΜΕ και αξιοθέατα. Άνετα κρεβάτια και αρκετό χώρο για δεδομένα Ιαπωνίας. Επίσης έχει πλυντήριο, το οποίο ήταν πολύ βολικό. Αν και το προσωπικό δεν μιλούσε πολύ αγγλικά, ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό.

Cons:

Η φιλοσοφία του ξενοδοχείου είναι eco friendly, το οποίο το καταλαβαίνω και στηρίζω. Οπότε στις 4 διανυκτερεύσεις το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε, ούτε τα σκουπίδια μαζεύτηκαν ή μια σκούπα. Θεωρώ ότι την τρίτη μέρα θα μπορούσαν να γίνουν δύο πράγματα. Επίσης δεν είχε ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό στο δωμάτιο, έχει βέβαια αυτόματο πωλητή στο ισόγειο.
