Good
Pros:

Friendly staff excellent service. Great soundproofing. You won't hear the traffic. Convenient location with great food options around.

Cons:

There was one day where room service was not done. Sometimes the bedsheets were slightly dirty (stains).

Worst ever this hotel scam
Pros:

First of all this hotel scam no facilities no behavior with customers very unprofessional hotel

Cons:

Nothing like here specially at night shift receptionist old man so rude never recommend anyone we reach at midnight he trying to make scam but we left stay at just next to other hotel with same price including breakfast

Pros:

Location is very convenient pretty much centre CBD. Staff were very responsive which was lovely.

Cons:

Odd shaped room which felt cramped but was quite long but narrow.
