Vicinanza al centro di Gardone e al lungo lago,raggiungibile a 200 metri a piedi

La poca chiarezza su i servizi disponibili, avevamo prenotato una camera con servizio spa, una volta giunti in loco, la receptionist e il responsabile ci hanno informato che la spa andava prenotata previa ,telefonata alcuni giorni prima... Nonostante tutto la mattina seguente siamo stati informati della disponibilità e abbiamo goduto del servizio.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable. Le parking est gratuit (à 5min à pied de l’hôtel) et l’hotel est bien situé à 2min du port et des transports.

Cons:

La chambre a un très mauvais rapport qualité prix, la chambre et l’hôtel mérite d’être rénové, la propreté reste à désiré notamment l’odeur et l’humidité dans la salle de bain qui n’a pas de fenêtre. La Clim fuit laissant une flaque d’eau. Le petit déjeuner reste très rudimentaire (assiettes et verres en carton) ne contenant pas de produit frais les fruits reste à désiré. Nous déconseillons cet hôtel vous pouvez trouver mieux et moins cher même au mois d’août

Pros:

Hotel molto pulito e curato. Personale molto gentile. Vicino ai vari punti di interesse. Comodo parcheggio convezionato con l'hotel. Ottima colazione. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci.

Da non consigliare, ristrutturatelo subito.

Cons:

Camera non pulita e non accogliente. Colazione scarsa e nessuna informazione utile dalla reception.
Cambio camera appena arrivati, doccia sporca. Abbiamo trovato il flacone del doccia shampoo vuoto dell'ospite precedente.
