Cons:

La presenza di sporcizia (abbondante polvere) nelle bocchette di aerazione dell'aria condizionata nella camera. Mi sorge il dubbio che i relativi filtri non sia stati sanificavi in maniera corretta.
Il parcheggio messo disposizione gratuitamente si trovava a 300/400 mt di distanza in un parco con superficie sterrata, con due cancelli di accesso che vengono chiusi durante le ore notturne (così ci è stato detto) fortunatamente alle 00.30 li abbiamo trovati aperti. Il luogo è incredibilmente privo di illuminazione. La sera successiva ho optato per un parcheggio pubblico, nelle immediate vicinanze, che dalle 19.00 alle 9.00 non era a pagamento.

Pros:

Die Lage - in der Nähe vom Zentrum/ Gardasee ist super. Praktisch ist der inbegriffene Parkplatz!
Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig!
Die Dach Terrasse wird nicht gepflegt, ist allerdings von der Aussicht her sehr schön!
Es ist eine Küche im Zimmer, kann aber nicht genutzt werden. Es gibt keine Geräte wie Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw. Nur der Kühlschrank geht.

Bellissimo weekend sul lago.

Posizione comoda per il concerto al Vittoriale e per un attrezzatissimo lido sul lago

Cons:

Unica pecca della stanza quadrupla è l’aria condizionata diretta su uno dei due letti. Tutto il resto ok.
