Passable
Pros:

The hotel is just next to the beach. We could see the beach right from our window/balcony. We enjoyed using a hot tab in the balcony as the weather was cool during our stay. The breakfast is good with both Chinese and Western food. Every evening we enjoyed listening to performances by two Filipinos. The cleaning lady was extremely nice and polite.

Cons:

The equipment in the fitness room was not functioning properly. Almost all of them are broken. The hotel needs renovation work. There was the same American Western music played during breakfast time every morning. There was only one receptionist who could speak English, with others we used a translation app.
