Pros:

Logement agréable pour y passer quelques nuits, c’était propre et confortable. Il est proche de la gare de bus et du centre-ville, donc c’est très pratique pour y aller à pied.

Belle deco, confortable et bon emplacement. Le séjour était super et il est très facile de communiquer avec le personnel.

Perfecto para escapada en Riga
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro histórico de Riga y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la estación de bus. Se puede llegar andando a las atracciones principales de la ciudad. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia. Tiene calefacción y también un calefactor, la habitación se calienta rápido. También hay una pequeña nevera y hervidor de agua. Sin duda repetiríamos para una escapada en Riga. Calidad relación -precio muy buena.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, la habitación estaba en el bajo del edificio y la ventana daba a la calle, aunque es verdad que no tuvimos ruido ninguno a la noche porque es una calle poco transitada. No hay persianas y aunque había cortinas gruesas no se cubría toda la ventana y entraba la luz desde primera hora de la mañana.

Cheap but dirty.
Pros:

Location is excellent, near all the main sights but far enough from bars. The street was very quiet, at least in March.

Cons:

Low price was our biggest priority, but even cheap should be clean. There was dirt on the bathroom walls and door, the radiator leaked rusty water and I wouldn´t drink form the glasses provided because the plate underneath hadn´t been washed in a while.

In the bedroom the splashes on the walls continued and the room hadn´t been hoovered since we found 3 contact lenses next to the other bed.
Soundproofing is poor between rooms.

Location was perfect. Quiet, tidy and clean.
