W całym hotelu bardzo slaby internet.
Na śniadanie Chciałam zjeść jajecznicę, jednak przez dłuższy czas była ona niedostępna – naczynie pozostawało puste i nikt nie uzupełniał brakującego dania. Szkoda, ponieważ przy śniadaniu w hotelu oczekuje się, że podstawowe produkty będą na bieżąco uzupełniane.

Inflexibilitate la programul centrului SPA. Dacă ajungi prea tarziu, ca de exemplu dupa o zi de drumeții montane, nu vei avea acces la zona SPA care are program fix.

Cons:

ho chiesto un letto matrimoniale e mi è stato dato un letto formato da due letti singoli. Per un hotel 4 stelle mi sembra inaccettabile. Inoltre non era presente l'aria condizionata e come coperte c'erano dei piumoni e basta.

Posizione comoda e centrale, perfetta per svolgere escursioni. La colazione, buona e variegata.

Cons:

La camera dell’hotel è molto datata e spartana, anche se pulita.
Il buffet della colazione è senza etichette ed indicazioni, per cui non si può sapere cosa si sta per consumare.

ottima location ai piedi delle dolomiti

piaciuta la posizione vicino ai percosi naturalistici, staff gentile, spazi comuni comodi per lavorare

Cons:

non chiaro il pagamento a parte della piscina e spa, eccessivi i prezzi del ristorante che non rispecchiano la qualità del cibo e la professionalità ( ho ordinato una zuppa di orzo chiedendo due volte ai camerieiri se era vegetariana, una volta arrivata ho subito trovato lardo e speck, ad esempio )

Hotel de paso..
Pros:

El hotel es normal en un pueblo de paso de montaña, la piscina no vale la pena y es muy caro, y el spa decepción al no poder entrar con mi hija de 13, aceptan mayores de 16.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico y entrar a la habitación y ver la casa supletoria en mal estado.
