Il buffet della colazione, la piscina e la spa sono fantastiche. L'albergo è molto bello e in una buona posizione. Ha una vista sulle montagne bellissima. Lo staff cordiale e disponibile. Pulito e curato. Io sono andata fuori stagione e i servizi erano comunque tutti attivi.

Great hotel, can highly recommend for a relaxing stay with super staff
Pros:

We loved the friendly staff who were very accommodating with our small dogs, lovely hotel with lots of great amenities and spa facilities. The sauna was small but great. Comfy bed, great selection at breakfast, excellent tiramisu dessert. Good value dinner set menu. A very comfortable and accommodating stay we really enjoyed ourselves. Lovely and quiet too.

Cons:

The spa area was cold- water in hot tub was luke warm, air temperature in all other/ testing areas too cool. In comparison the bedroom was boiling hot- we had to open the balcony door to let some cold air in and it felt stifling overnight.

Ottimo soggiorno, un po' freddo l'ambiente generale.
Pros:

La signora alla reception gentilissima e disponibile, camera junior suite molto bella calda e spaziosa, bello che ti regalino un piccolo kit di benvenuto per l'amico a quattro zampe. Colazione ottima, ricca di prodotti dolci e salati.

Cons:

Ambiente termale troppo freddo.
Uscendo da sauna e idromassaggio era ancora accettabile, invece la zona piscina abbastaza gelida come l'acqua delle terme, l'avremmo preferita un poʻ più calda.

Gutes Hotel, nur schlafen ist unbequem
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eigentlich super, nur schlafen geht halt nicht, da die Matratze hart wie ein Brett war. Ansonsten Essen war gut morgens und auch abends

Cons:

Betten unzumutbar hart, im Wellnessbereich ist es sehr laut und das Personal dort sorgt auch nicht für Ruhe... Entspannt auf einer Liege liegen war da unmöglich

Pros:

I loved that we got into the spa and we were the only people for 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredible and helped us when we realised we couldn't get a bus on Sunday. She called around a number of taxis and then offered to take us herself! The room was spacious and very clean. The dinner was a buffet and then you could add a meat dish for the second course. I did manage to get pasta without prawns. The location is close to the bus and supermarket.

Cons:

Maybe a couple more vegetarian second courses at dinner would have been nice.

Pros:

Food breakfast and dinners were excelent and realy good priced, SPA was great.

Cons:

The rooms were litle bit worn out but other then that Everything was functional and Worked. The houskeeper did great job and every morning clean our room perfectly. Thank you.

Unsere Erwartung an den Aufenthalt wurde durch das 4 Sterne Hotel nicht erfüllt.
Pros:

Die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Die Spa Bereich war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Portionen waren großzügig, sowohl Getränke als auch Mahlzeiten. Das Zimmer hatte Zugang zu einem Balkon. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr gründlich mit der Reinigung und Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war der Zustand der Zimmereinrichtung nicht entsprechend, Balkontüre kaum zu öffnen, deutliche Abnutzung und Gebrauchsspuren am Mobiliar, Baddesign nicht ansprechend. Für den Spa Bereich mußte das einzige große Handtuch aus dem Zimmer doppelt genutzt werden. Es mangelte an Personal. Die Leute waren bemüht, aber längere Wartezeiten auf Getränke und essen, insbesondere als größere Busreisegruppe anwesend. Die Qualität des Essens und der Gerichte war sehr schwankend, oft nur lauwarm. Verständigung nur in gebrochenem englisch, keiner sprach Deutsch. Der Barbereich war kaum besetzt. Es gab einen großen Kaminbereich, aber wahrscheinlich keiner, der sich kümmern konnte, um das Ambiente anzuheben.
