It was a good stay , we were travelling with kids and they enjoyed it.
Pros:

Spacious rooms and location . It is a value for money hotel. Loved the shower and pool

Cons:

Breakfast was way too crowded . Other guest kept on picking spoons and tissue from our table . That was weird . One guest sat on our table and we had to politely ask her to leave . I think staff is understaffed for the volume of guests .

Proffesional and humanistic approach towards client mainly by Front Office and housekeeping team.

Special mention for Isha, Shivam and Bidisha,
The way they manage my special requests and managing that on-time was exceptional.

Indian flag with state mention on each staff name plate connects to me with the sence of patriosm and culture diversity. True indian spirit

Good hotel but staff behavior could be better
Pros:

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. There are plenty of amenities in the rooms

Cons:

I had mixed experiences with the staff working there. Some staffs were very professional and helpful and then some were very unfriendly and made to look like that they were doing favors to us for normal things.

We had a very comfortable and a good stay.
Pros:

It’s always a treat staying staying in this hotel. It’s neat, clean, comfortable and with a wonderful staff. The housekeeping staff is pretty responsive. The location is an an advantage and one does get the value for the money.

Pros:

Staffs were nice and the room was comfortable. Room service guys were supper in taking care of guests needs.

Cons:

The access control for lift is totally annoying and causes inconvenience and limited non veg food items in the buffet
