Pros:

Staff happy and helpful. Attentive. Breakfast simple but tasty - choice of Asian or Aussie - plus pastries and toast.
Bed comfortable.
Great location close to beach. Markets basically outside the entrance. Many good restaurants within 5 minute walk.

Cons:

Hotel is tired. Furniture is old and showing it's age. Stayed in Villa room. Musty smell in cupboards. Spaceous living area but bathroom small. Small 1/3 circle plastic shower cubicle. 2 half sliding doors. Couldn't bend over to wash my feet. Towels worn thin and bleach stains.
