Pros:

Love the location . Staff very friendly .

Cons:

The roosyer next door that started crowing very early in the morning . Could only just get in the bathroom as toilet to far forward .

I would stay again and i am happy with what is offered apart from not being able to swim early
Pros:

Breakfast was ok it had alot of choice but could be improved

Cons:

I didnt like that i couldnt go in the pool till after 9 am as i am a early riser and like a walk and a swim.

Good value for money close to everything in Legian
Pros:

Central Legian location close to the beach friendly staff and good breaky options. 2 lovely pools

Cons:

Issues with shower and no hot water and toilets not flushing both of which were quickly rectified by staff.

We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The friendly staff.
Location was amazing.
Very comfortable beds and good pillows.
Breakfast was basic but still good. Bacon and eggs cooked fresh for you each morning when requested.

Cons:

Can only fault that the pools were cold and didn’t get enough sun.

Great location
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the staff were always cheerful and happy to assist.

Cons:

We requested a second doona/blanket and were told that we had to turn the air con up and that we couldn't have one.

Pros:

The reception staff we good. The most comfortable beds of the 4 hotels we stayed at.

Cons:

The breakfast was not up to my expectations for what we paid for. The staff could have been more attentive to empty
food trays, we had to keep asking for the teapot or to refill food trays.
