Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff were extremely kind, and they made every effort to ensure our stay was very pleasant, accommodating all of our requests. The breakfast was delicious, the room had everything we needed, and it was very clean.

Pros:

הצוות מאוד נחמד ושירותי. החדרים יפים, נעימים, נקיים ויחסית מרווחים.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מאוד בסיסית ומאכזבת. תמורת הסכום ששילמנו לחדר (כ-1000 ש"ח) הייתי בטוחה שאקבל ארוחת בוקר מפוארת בהרבה.
בחדר אין טישו כפי שמקובל בכל מקום. אין אביזרים במקלחת כגון כובע לראש, קרם גוף וכדומה.
ביקשתי התייחסות כלשהי לבתי שחגגה 18 ולא קיבלנו כלום.
נאמר לנו שקיבלנו שדרוג לחדר עם נוף, אך מלבד נוף של גג עם דודי שמש לא ראינו שום נוף.
אין מקום חנייה כלל באזור וצריך לחנות בחניון ליד אשר גובה 90 ש"ח ליום ויש הנחה של 25% לאורחי המלון.
אין ספק, שלא נחזור למלון הזה. יש מלונות בוטיק במחירים זהים טובים הרבה יותר בעיר.
