Pros:

This is a huge 16 storey hotel which was very good value at the price I got it online. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was also of a high standard and I had a good chat in English at Reception with Giovanni. So it was well worth staying there.

Cons:

Not so convenient to the main bus station which I was relying on for transport. Otherwise it is well located for exploring the centre of the city.

Pros:

Bom no geral, café da manhã superou as expectativas, localização do hotel muito boa. Não teve nenhuma cobrança surpresa no final, tudo dentro do esperado, checkin e checkout rápido, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

O que mais incomodou foi a janela do banheiro não fechar completamente. Precisa de conserto, pois entra ar gelado enquanto se está no chuveiro. O chuveiro é muito instável, tanto na pressão quanto na temperatura. O cofre do meu quarto não funcionava. Fora esses problemas, apesar da boa localização, por ficar bem no centro há muito barulho externo, mas isso já era esperado.

It would be a good hotel if you could rest there, but you can't to it due to noise.
Pros:

Helpful staff, nice breakfast, spacious rooms, a lot of things around to do and see.

Cons:

Noisy surroundings, the building is old and needs a renovation. Sound insulation is non-existent, and windows in my room simply didn't close. The noise woke me up at 6 am.

Boa opção no centro da cidade
Pros:

Localização do hotel, funcionários sempre solícitos. climatização dos ambientes, café da manhã com ótima varidedade.

Cons:

A internet oscilou bastante no fim de semana, o interruptor da cama não funcionava (pra ligar/desligar a luz só no interruptor da entrada), de resto foi ok.
