The room size was awesome and good location
The bathroom in particular has an unusual bad aroma. (Not sewage)
It was extremely noisy from a gathering down stairs. Altercations outside from pub guests went on for ages was not dealt with by staff in anyway. I was tempted to call the police myself as I was concerned with the level of aggression.
Great location in central Cheltenham not far from everything.
My room was small and airless with only a Velux window that did not open. The ensuite facilities were tiny and difficult to use.

Iv stayed in lots of hotels 5 stars 3 stars, this hotel was fantastic for the price, not only the service was amazing, everything works as it should, tv shower toilet, hand, wash towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk, clean sheets, clean beds, would i stay again yes, the Location is amazing, if you want a 5 star hotel go and pay for that, this completely wrong price and more, 🤩

Well placed in the town

The location was within easy walking distance of the centre and although the inn did not have a car park, they provided an online parking permit which was helpful as was the proprietary.
The bathroom and shower were a bit small but in fairness, en suite facilities had been squeezed into an old building.
The inn does not provide breakfast but we knew that when we booked.
Excellent for the price. Clean and comfortable. Just a quick night stop on a travel…I would not select for long term stays.
Staff were very amenable and knowledgeable about the local area.
No breakfast option as it wasn't a race weekend.
