Vị trí thuận tiện, nội thất còn mới, không gian nhỏ nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, giường và gối rất êm. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo , vui vẻ

Cons:

Phòng không có cách âm nên hơi ồn, ăn sáng ngon nhưng hơi ít món không có thay đổi nhiều qua các ngày, khi đông thì fill đồ hơi chậm.

Unterkunft war sauber und Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Keiner der Mitarbeiter hat gelächelt, und wenn man eine Frage hatte, hatte man eher das Gefühl, dass sie sich gezwungen fühlten, mit einem zu sprechen. Als wir zum Beispiel nachfragen wollten, ob das Hotel auch Touren anbietet, wurden wir sowohl vom jungen Mann als auch von der jungen Frau an der Rezeption sehr irritiert und fast erschrocken angeschaut. Wir sind direkt aus Hanoi angereist und waren dort einen ganz anderen Service gewohnt. Obwohl wir dort sogar günstigere Hotels gebucht hatten. Vielleicht wechselt man das Personal aus.

Pros:

O café da manhã é um pouco limitado, mas tinha opções gostosas. Senti falta de mais opções de bebidas, mais sucos e disponibilidade de café. As camas são confortáveis e a limpeza é boa.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem pequenos. Senti falta da disponibilização de uma ajuda maior na movimentação pelo hotel, parecia que havia poucos funcionários, eles eram educados, mas também não faziam muito. Foi diferente de outras experiências que tive no Vietnã.

La posizione, la pulizia, la gentilezza del personale che è immediatamente accorso quando non riuscivo a far funzionare la lavatrice. Molto silenzioso

Forse dovrebbe esserci una colazione con più cose dolci. Comunque era molto buona.
L'ingresso dovrebbe essere più accessibile e la porta di vetro meno pesante visto che si entra con le valigie.
