The place is fine, I think for Saigon and district 1 you cannot ask for a better location. The facilities are not the best, but highly recommended if you want to spend a few days in the city!

Great location close to many attractions, restaurants and shops with possible tour pick ups. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room with nice balcony we could sit on.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, and the location was excellent. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The rooms were spotless, large, and comfortable. The staff allowed me to check in early, and they were also quick to help with any requests or issues. The whole experience was wonderful start to finish. I highly staying at F F Homestay. Oh and Nu's Coffee Shop downstairs is a must, especially her cheese coffee!!

I had a wonderful stay here - like always. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is located right in the heart of Saigon - and just next to one of my favorite bars. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the cafe at the entrance creates a warm and welcoming athmosphere. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I keep coming back whenever I travel to Saigon and I can only recommend this place to others.

Location – perfect. In the middle of the city center but inside a small street so we didn't hear city noise while living in its heart. The owner shown trust by letting us pay upon arrival from a different country. Everything was like in the property description and other guests' reviews. Host's responsiveness was fantastic. We could grab a beer from the "lobby" fridge and drop a coin in the box nearby. The Internet worked flawlessly. When we needed information about some events, they helped us understand what and when was happening. It isn't an upscale place at all, but we were looking for a centrally located, clean, quiet, accessible, cosy place with a shower and a towel, and bed comfy enough to rest well between all-day city sightseeing. And this was the spot-on choice. Also: close to maaany great foods even if you have to eat your breakfast at 7 AM outside to make it for your group meeting at 8 AM 😊

Номер очень большой, есть всё необходимое, чайник, банные принадлежности. Симпатичный балкон с кованой мебелью. Кровать большая. Расположение очень удачное, рядом какое-то подобие парка, есть магазинчики и местные кафешки где можно позавтракать. Через парк находится улица, на которой остановка автобусов в Нячанг. Удобно, если дальше едешь к морю. Собственно из-за расположения и брали эту гостиницу, чтобы потом с чемоданами перейти дорогу и сесть на слип-бас до моря.
