Cons:

My room was on the provincial road … very noisy!
WiFi not working so I could not work with a client of mine via video … really bad!

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the kitchen was only open for breakfast and there was no dinner except on Thursday and Friday and the front desk was not staffed at all times. The staff did make sandwiches for us but it would be good to have the food available at all times. We had guests arrive at 6 pm one night and there was no one at the front desk to check them in or show them to their rooms.

Pros:

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, perché mi è molto comodo quando vengo a San Giustino Valdarno. E certamente continuerò a tornarci!
La struttura e l’arredamento sono davvero bellissimi. E lo staff è molto simpatico e gentile.

Tutto perfetto… struttura pulita ed accogliente… personale a dir poco speciale… eccezionale oserei dire … unica cosa … avevo prenotato camera con balcone … ma all arrivo mi è stato detto che s casualmente era stata gia occupata… occhio alle camere in base alle prenotazioni… per il resto … tutto perfetto
