This apartment hotel offers smooth self check-in and check-out procedures, tatami rooms, and sizeable quarters.
Pros:

Stayed here for three nights as a family of four.

The self check-in and check-out procedures were easy to follow. The staff were also on-hand in this platform to answer any questions we may have. They can receive luggage delivery via Yamato Transport. Just message them the delivery details.

The tatami area is quite spacious and can easily fit four futon. The living room is pretty comfortable. The kitchen facilities include an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, plates, utensils, and glasses (including two double-sided glasses for hot drinks). Toilet and shower are separate.

There is a 7-11, Maruetsu (grocery store), and Daiso 10 minutes away on foot.

Cons:

It is located a bit far from train stations (10 minutes from Inaricho Station, 15-20 minutes from Ueno Station).

Spacious and Comfortable Stay For a Family
Pros:

The room was very spacious and well organized. It comfortably accommodates up to four people without feeling cramped. There is a cozy living area with a smart TV, as well as a small kitchen equipped with basic cooking essentials. Outside the room, guests can use the free washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property.

Cons:

There were a few areas that could use some improvement. The filter for the room heater and the bathroom exhaust fan seemed to need cleaning. The bathroom sink drain was also slightly clogged. Additionally, the futon felt a bit thin, so we had to stack them to make it more comfortable.

Spacious
Pros:

I’ve never come across anywhere in Tokyo with this much space at this price point. It was huge! The shower, the fact that there were two big rooms, the couch… it was just lovely. Completely exceeded our expectations and it was so nice to be able to stretch out after a long flight.

Zona tranquila, habitación espaciosa.
Pros:

La habitación es espaciosa, está limpia, la cama es cómoda y el baño funcional. Hay secador de pelo, amenities y toallas, que puedes cambiar o reponer en la entrada. Hay lavadora abajo, no la usamos, pero preguntamos a una de las personas que a veces estaban en recepción y nos dijo que podíamos usarla gratis si queríamos. El barrio es residencial, tranquilo y hay sitios pequeños donde comer cerca, una panadería, un supermercado en la esquina. Es un buen lugar para establecerse unos días sobre todo por el espacio de la habitación, algo muy difícil en Tokyo. También por la tranquilidad y el silencio. Buen wifi.

Cons:

Llegar al lugar nos resultó difícil. Google Maps nos llevó a tres sitios distintos antes de encontrar el hotel, y lo hicimos deduciendo el funcionamiento de los bloques y la numeración del barrio, no a través de Maps. Copiar y pegar la dirección en Google Maps no funcionó. Creo que sería útil que desde el hotel te enviaran el enlace directamente de Google Maps en vez de decirte que busques la dirección. También podrían enviar una captura de pantalla indicando el bloque exacto donde está el hotel.

La habitación estaba bien, pero por proponer algo por mejorar, sería interesante que añadieran alguna silla o mesa a la terraza para que no estuviera tan vacía e incentivar el uso. También sería interesante que hubiera tazas aptas para calentar en el microondas. Solo había vasos que no se podían meter en el microondas y complicaba un poco calentar la leche. Pero son solo detalles.

Quite large room in Ueno neighbourhood.
Pros:

Very spacious room, convenient location.

Cons:

There were no mirrors except for the bathroom. Window shades were a bit dirty, and the building itself is rather old.
