Anna's House Hotel

The hosts were extremely kind and hospitable. They allowed us to use their motorbike and bicycles to go to the nearby town and for a walk. For New Year's Eve there was a concert in the nearby square and they provided us with special free passes. They helped us purchase a return ticket with pickup directly from the hotel, without having to go to Haiphong.
I recommend it with both hands.

Die Kommunikation lief über Anna, diese war sehr gut, hilfsbereit zu jedem Moment und sie hat uns auch ein taxi bestellt nach Hanoi bei der Abreise. Die Liebe Frau vor Ort, konnte kein Englisch, aber alles kein Problem. Wir haben uns mit Übersetzer unterhalten und sie war so lieb und man hat sich richtig willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es wurde jeden Tag alles frisch gemacht. Man hat einen Fußweg von ca. 6 min zum Dragon Beach Strand, der zu unserer Reisezeit völlig leer war.. Ein Traum. Es war ganz ganz toll. Vielen Dank für alles. ❤️

La struttura e la camera sono molto belle, solo noi siamo stati qui fuori stagione e all’esterno era quasi tutto chiuso. Probabilmente in alta stagione le cose sono diverse. In ogni caso l’hotel si trova in un gigantesco complesso residenziale e questo vi deve piacere. Lo staff è molto gentile e la colazione buonissima e abbondante.

Nice, clean comfortable room. Breakfast is lovely. Owner and her team are very nice and welcoming. Location is quite good, not far from center but away from the hustle and bustle of the center.

The hotel looks new and is super clean. Rooms are quite spacious. Our family room has a king bed and 2 bunk beds, the latter looked normally small in the pictures but turned out to be surprisingly big, enough for 2 people. Our kids couldn't get more excited. Plus the convenient location for people visiting Dragon resort and the good price during the holiday, we couldn't ask for more.

I recently stayed at this beautiful accommodation, traveling alone with my three children. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing – so attentive, warm, and accommodating. The owners, while not on-site, go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Their personal touch truly sets this place apart, and you couldn’t want for much more.
The complimentary breakfast was fresh, homemade, and different every day. While it may be challenging if you have picky eaters like mine, the staff always went out of their way to meet our needs – preparing simple eggs and bread for my children, which they absolutely loved. Their kindness and effort made all the difference.
I will especially miss the fresh juices and the amazing coffee each morning – such a treat to start the day. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
What truly made this trip special were the little extras – the owner letting my son borrow their bike, which became a highlight of his holiday, and the football that kept him happily occupied (football is his favorite hobby!). Small gestures like this make such a big impact on family trips.

The location is great – very close to the beach and much quieter than other busy cities, making it ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday or even a peaceful place to work remotely.

The staff even helped us arrange transportation, making everything so stress-free for a solo traveler like myself.
In short, this was an unforgettable experience for me and my children. If you’re looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will be returning.

The breakfast was a homemade and very delicious local delicacy, a seafood noodle soup. Also they make fresh juices at the hotel which are very refreshing. The hotel itself is brand new and constructed to a very high quality with thoughtful design and nice materials. It's like a home away from home. I will definitely come back again! Also it's a very family friendly hotel, great for young kids and elderly. I've never stayed in a hotel of such high quality at such a good price. Highly recommended to everyone visiting the Haiphong area.
