الفندق جميل وقريب من الحرم ومن ابواب النساء نزلت فيه مرتين العام الماضي وهذا العام ومان مازال فيه حجاج ومع ضغط الموسم طلبت تصليح حاجات في الاوضه اهتموا جداا وبالذات استاذه سما مديرة الفندق في منتهي الذوق والاخلاق اهتمت بنفسها وبعت عمال وكانت حريصه جدااا ان نكون مبسوطين ومفيش اي مشكله في الاقامه. . ان شاء الله المره القادمه معاهم باذن الله احلي فندق واحلي خدمه وضيافه وشكر خاص للاستاذه سما مديره الفندق ..

disappointing,
Pros:

Nothing except the air surrounding it outside

Cons:

There is limited place for parking and it’s paid which is horrible. Rooms including bathrooms and corridors are filthy and unmaintained. This hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating but a 0 star rating as it is an embarrassment alongside other prestigious hotels in the area.

تجربة تستحق الإشادة والتقدير
Pros:

كانت إقامتي في الفندق لمدة ليلتين، وكانت تجربة أكثر من رائعة بكل المقاييس. بدايةً من حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي، والاهتمام الكبير من قِبل الموظفين حتى قبل الدخول إلى الفندق، وبالأخص من قسم علاقات النزلاء التي كان لاهتمامهم وحسن تعاملهم أثرا طيباً

Excellent stay from start to finish! We truly appreciated the early check-in, which was very helpful after our journey.
