Pros:

The location is excellent less than 5 min to Haram . The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and spotless.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options to choose from. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Outstanding and perfect
Pros:

I found the staff with outstanding performance,specially the house keeping staff Mr Bilal who was one call away and kept our room neat clean also a lady at reception was quite helpful.
The property was near to haram aswell
I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Stay was disaster and noise was continuous torture
Pros:

We have been charged despite of complementary breakfast
It was ordinary cheap stuff ,sugar juices .
Disappointed 😞

Nobody can sleep in such noise .
I felf I stayed at operational construction site
This noise acts as Punishment for guests and looking at the pace and stage for ongoing work Noise will remain more or less same till last week of April 2027.Room given to us was without bathroom slippers and towels
Requested towels at 2am and got at 8am .
Housekeeping were at sleep at 2am .No Prayer Rug in the room .
Room size was smaller than expected. I have requested 1 kingsiize bed but they gave 3 single beds for two persons. These beds were really small Difficult to fit in XL size person
Hygiene was poor linens were having stains.
Regulatory authorities should inspect this property.

Bathroom cubicle so small to fatty people and no provisions for disable people.
