Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews remark the hotel is clean, relatively new and well maintained (remodeled feel, 'nice and clean', 'clean and relatively new'), supporting an above-average cleanliness score.
Service
8.6
Staff are frequently described as helpful and supportive (front desk 'very good' and 'helpful'), though there are isolated negatives (late check-in, wrong information, occasional language barriers), yielding a generally positive but mixed service rating.
Location
8.7
Many guests call the location very good and central ('heart of the city', 'good location for what we needed'), but some mention drawbacks (busy road, nearby construction, limited tourist attractions), so overall location is strong with some situational downsides.
Room Quality
8.2
Room quality reports are mixed: some guests found rooms spacious and well-equipped (large rooms, nice showers, heated toilet seats), others noted small/tight rooms for families and maintenance issues (A/C not adjustable, broken lights), so overall slightly above average but inconsistent.
Amenities
7.7
Amenities are mixed: some rooms have nice features (heated toilet, electronic flush), but there are notable gaps (no safe or fridge in some rooms, limited A/C control, occasional maintenance problems), placing amenities below the hotel's overall strength.
Value for Money
9
Several guests explicitly cite good value or price deals and express satisfaction given the price, so value for money rates strongly positive.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast and meals receive mixed feedback: some found the breakfast tasty and satisfactory, while others note limited options and Asian-focused items that lacked variety for non-Asian guests, resulting in a mildly above-average score.
Overall Experience
8.6
Most reviewers describe a positive overall stay ('excellent', 'happy with the whole experience', 'nice for quick stay'), though a few significant negatives (late check-in, maintenance issues, limited F&B) temper the highest possible score.
