Excellent stay close to Main Street shopping and coffee shops
Pros:

Welcoming staff sound proof modern design comfortable bed and clean sheets good quality towels

Cons:

One small issue cooking odors although smells good but it’s little annoying when you can smell it inside the room and the hallway

نظافه الغرف ممتازه ويتم توفير مستحضرات النظافه الشخصيه بشكل ممتاز وبجوده جيده وطاقم العمل يجيد الانجليزيه بشكل ممتاز وودودين جدا
طلبنا منهم بيتزا في اول يوم وصولنا وكانت الذ بيتزا في تبليسي كلها وواحده من الافضل التي تذوقناها على الاطلاق
كنت بالخطأ قمت بحجز غرفه بسريرين بدل سرير واحد كبير وقامت مسؤوله الفندق السيده سرور بحل المشكله
سمحوا لنا بابقاء حقائبنا في الفندق بعد تسجيل الخروج ليوم كامل ريثما عدنا من الرحله

مغسله الحمام توجد في غرفه النوم خارج الحمام وهو شيء مزعج جدا بالنسبه لي
الغرفه نفسها صغيره وضيقه جدا لا تناسب سعر الفندق وكونه 5 نجوم يعني في غرفه قيمتها اكثر من 100 دولار لليله توقعت مساحه اكبر والحمام ايضا ضيق
الافطار خياراته قليله جدا وغير متنوعه ومكان اعداد الطعام مفتوح على مكان تناول الطعام والنتيجه ان رائحه الطعام تعلق في ملابسك بعد كل افطار
كان التكييف لا يعمل بشكل جيد وموضوع على ال dry mode وشكونا من الامر ولم يتم حل المشكله الا في اليوم التالي عندما كررنا الشكوى للسيده سرور
طلبت من موظف الريسيبشن في الشيفت الليلي زجاجه مياه وقام بتغريمي ثمنها بحجه انه يحق لنا فقط زجاجتي مياه في اليوم وهي التي تعطى لنا في الصباح ولم يكن هذا تصرف لطيف جدا بالنسبه لفندق 5 نجوم وبفئته السعريه لكن للامانه لم يتكرر هذا من باقي الموظفين عندما كنا نطلب ماء !
تسجيل الدخول للفندق استغرق اطول من اللازم

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming.

A special thank you to Hamid for his warm welcome and kindness, to Max for always being incredibly helpful and going above and beyond whenever I needed assistance, and to Momo for her kindness and for letting me use her phone when I needed it.

Cons:

The only small downside was the pillows—they were a little too firm and densely filled for my personal preference, which made my neck feel a bit stiff after sleeping. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, and the location quite central. There's a bus that would take you directly to Old Tbilisi and other touristy areas. The room had a spacious balcony which was nice, and the shower was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was nice, but I wouldn't consider it a five-star "luxury" hotel as shown in the listing. The room's layout was a bit awkward with the sink outside the bathroom, and to use the spa (hot tub, steam room, and sauna) requires an extra charge.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and willing to help

Cons:

Advertised as a 5-star place, breakfast was mediocre, only had filtered coffee with a limited selection, bathroom had weird stains, spa area was dirty, slightly smelly, and they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount extra to use the spa facilities.
