Un hotel agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et ils donnent le maximum pour répondre à vos attentes.
L'établissement et très propre et bien entretenu.
L'emplacement est idéal.
Les cuisiniers sont très bons.
La décoration est de bon gout.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très petites.
La télévision ne propose même pas la BBC ou Euronews.
Les jus de fruits proposés au petit-déjeuner ne semblent pas très naturels.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'hôtel est considéré comme un 5 étoiles, surtout la dimension de la chambre.

تصميم الفندق جميل وعدد الغرف مره مناسب الفطور مرتب والامريكانو كوفي والكيك لذيذين مع جلسة بلكونه الفطور وطبعاً نظافة المكان وتعاون الموظفين ليڤان متعاون وشهم ويقدم فوق الخدمه بنفس خفيفه وكانت فيه بنت عسل شعرها اشقر تعاملها لطيف مره حبيتها

Despite the excellent staff and great location, the overall experience was marred by serious plumbin
Pros:

Staff: Exceptionally friendly. All issues we raised were addressed promptly; the service team is definitely the hotel's strongest asset. It is only a pity that so many technical issues occurred in the first place.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, which made our stay much easier.

Cons:

1. Plumbing Issues in the Room: Upon arrival, we found the shower drain completely clogged. The water wouldn't drain at all, and when we opened the shower door, it flooded the bathroom and the hallway. We had to rush to clean it up ourselves. The sink was also clogged and drained very slowly. While the staff fixed this after we reported it, it was a frustrating start to our stay.
2. Spa Area Safety: The drainage issue repeated itself in the sauna area. Due to poor sealing in the shower cabin, water leaked all over the floor tiles. This created a serious slipping hazard, especially since rubber pool shoes aren't provided, and the standard fabric hotel slippers are extremely slippery on wet surfaces.
3. Booking Policy Discrepancies: We booked through Booking.com, but upon arrival, we were told that the sauna would only have been complimentary if we had booked "on-site" directly. Consequently, we had to pay extra for the sauna, which felt like an unfair policy toward guests using online platforms.
4. Poor Preparation: We requested the sauna 3 hours in advance. However, when we arrived at the scheduled time, the sauna was open but hadn't been turned on. We had to turn it on ourselves and wait about 40 minutes for it to heat up, which significantly cut into our relaxation time. On a positive note, the hammam worked well.
5. Excessive Chlorine in the Jacuzzi: The chlorine levels in the jacuzzi were uncomfortably high. I could actually feel undissolved chlorine particles inside my swimwear. After getting out, my skin became very itchy and irritated due to the chemical concentration.

Καλό ναι μεν αλλά με τα ίδια χρήματα βρίσκεις και καλύτερα

Η τουαλέτα φώτιζε (μέσα από τζάμι) το δωμάτιο .
Ο νιπτήρας ήταν στο διάδρομο του δωματίου γιατί δεν χωρούσε στην τουαλέτα.
