מלון נהדר , צוות מקסים גם בקבלה,שירות נהדר,וגם בחדר אוכל במיוחד אישה בשם ללי ובעלה שהוא השף עלי, המלון נקי מאד, כל העובדים של המלון מתייחסים מאד בדיבות לאורחים , נהנתי מאד ואחזור בהחלט למלון הזה .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, professional, and very attentive—Liwan kindly helped carry my luggage and guided me through the check-in process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Their hospitality and attention to detail really made me feel welcome after a long journey. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Hotel/Spa needs changes

Entrance nice decor and lift

Cons:

1. No swimming pool
Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam is ever charge and not complimentary to the booking. You need to pay and book a time slot to access it alone, so I didn't use these facilities😔
2. Restaurant food is bad and Breakfast
Entire holiday gone to waste
Definitely won't be returning

An epic stay at a luxurious hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for two days, and the experience was excellent. The hotel is luxurious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff.

I requested a small birthday surprise for my wife, and the hotel went above and beyond. The room was beautifully prepared with a cake, flowers, decorations, and red balloons. It made my wife very happy and turned our stay into a memorable experience.

This is my first time giving a 10/10 review on Booking.com, but this hotel truly deserves it. Special thanks to Levani, David, and Suroor for their kindness and professionalism. The restaurant was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful in guiding me with halal food options.

If I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here again.

كانت الاقامة مميزة وكان الموظفين ودودين للغايه واشكر الموظفة اريان على تعاونها وكذلك زملائها في الاستقبال على تعاونهم

موقع الفندق جميل جدا وقريب من شارع العرب والمطاعم والمقاهي وكذلك نظافة الغرف يوميا ، ويوحد مطعم في الدور الرابع منميز ، يقدم وجبة الافطار والغداء والعشاء ، يوجد عزل في الغرف جيد جدا ولا تسمع اي ازعاج ، كانت تدفئة الغرفة رائعه .
