Pros:

This new hotel is in a renovated old building typical of the Tblisi style, and tastefully furnished in an attractive, modern style. Everything was very clean and well maintained, including the kitchen in the restaurant on the top floor which is visible through a large glass window. I always book rooms with balconies and here they are spacious with comfortable metal rope chairs, good for reading outside. The hotel is well located for a pleasant walk into the town centre.
The staff are especially helpful and contributed much to this being a very enjoyable stay in a great city.

Cons:

The curtain tracking seemed a bit flimsy, which I mentioned to the staff who were appreciative of my comments.

لا يوجد مسبح
الغرف صغيرة جدا
النادي الصحي مثل البخار والساونا والجاكوزي بمقابل 120 لاري للساعة الواحدة وهذا غير منطقي وسعر مرتفع جدا فكل الفنادق التي تعاملت معها يكون النادي الصحي مجانا للنزلاء
