Pros:

Mọi thứ đều ổn, thích công viên trước NN, thoáng mát, gần chỗ nghỉ có nhiều quán xâ cho bạn dễ dàng chọn lựa, giá cả phù hợp; cũng gần các tiệm cà phê ngon

Cons:

Hơi ồn về ban đêm do khách đi lại dọc hành lang nhưng cũng chấp nhận được

Nice place in a non-touristy area, great staff
Pros:

The staff is amazing; they are incredibly friendly and helpful, and I'd like to thank them a lot. Not all of them are proficient in English but this turned out to be no problem at all with the help of a translation tool. They're incredibly kind and will help at any time of day. There is no daily cleaning routine but you can ask them for anything and they will help right away.

The room is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The bed is also comfortable. There is Wifi in the room and the lobby, which is generally OK but did drop for a split second at times. They also have some parking space in front.

The location is very nice too, it's a calm neighberhood with lots of nature around. The area is not touristy at all, which was a nice experience. it's opposite a little park and pool, a very cute cafe is on the corner of the street, a bit further you have shops, stalls, lots of streetfood and fruit venders, banks and ATMs (as the hotel did not accept card). It's also not all too far from 'Vincom Mega Mall Royal City' which is a large mall with lots of food and shopping options.
I will definitely consider coming here again!

Cons:

The standard room didn't come with a lot of storage space (1 small wardrobe), so if you're staying for a longer time or staying with multiple people, be aware the storage space is limited.
If you're looking to explore Hanoi old quarter, be aware it's a bit of a drive, but this is easily overcome with a taxi/Grab ride, which is quite cheap.
