駅からも繁華街からも近いのに静か。ただwashroomは改善の必要あり
Pros:

ロケーションは非常に良い。マルオボロ通りから少し入るだけなのに、とても静か。近くに朝食で有名な現地食堂もあったり、駅からも徒歩10分以内だったりと、電車をメインに利用する人にとってはすごく便利。一方で、車を利用する人にとっては、（駐車場は十分広いけど）道路も入口も狭いので、不便そう。

Cons:

きれいな受付から、道の反対側の古めのVillaに案内され、部屋に一歩入ったときの率直な印象は、「使用人の部屋？」。狭くて薄暗く、湿っぽい感じ。トイレとシャワーの間に仕切りも段差もないのはVillaだから？便座にシャワーのお湯が直接かかってしまうので、シャワーを使うときにはトイレットペーパーはwashroomから外に出しておきましょう。１泊なのでコスパを思うと良かったが、複数泊だとちょっときついかも。

Locatie was top. Personeel en kamer super vriendelijk. Hebben extra diensten die ze de gasten kunnen aanbieden. Parkeermogelijkheid en een outdoor keuken waren voor ons een grote plus.

Kampung style accommodation amongst derelict basketball court

Cons:

The price was too high and I lost my money as we left just a after we arrived.
We found a hotel just as close to Malioboro with an amazing huge breakfast and beautiful gardens and large pool and comfortable quiet rooms for only $20 more per night.
This place was like a Kampung. Lots of noisy boys playing soccer and yelling out iPhone iPhone when we walked past
There is a huge derelict basketball court in the middle.
There is no breakfast and it’s a help yourself and cook for yourself kind of place
It didn’t feel safe there
The walk to Malioboro is along a dirty crowded gang

I am glad I chose this place. Clean, spacious, convenient-- a really nice experience for the price.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to Maliboro Street, but far enough to where it's quiet, facing a sort of plaza. I like that right outside of my room every morning they had a hot coffee and tea station, as well as a water cooler and a refrigerator. I liked the layout of the hotel, too; it's like little houses. Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

I had no water pressure in the bathroom my first morning, but I told them and they fixed it right away. I had a problem with the WiFi, but they came to my room and fixed it. There were men doing renovations and hammering outside my window in the morning, but I told them to please stop, and they did.
