Pros:

Отлично провели время с семьей. Хорошие номера, вкусная еда в ресторанах, хорошее разнообразие на шведском столе.
Видел много негодований на тему персонала. Сам ничего плохого не могу сказать. Действительно не все говорят по-английски, но большая часть говорит, плюс многие говорят по-русски.
Все приветливые и улыбающиеся.
Отдельно отмечу - хороший массаж, качественный, за приемлемую цену.
Красивый интерьер, отличные лифты)
В целом - позитивное впечатление, спасибо, мы остались довольны.

Надо попробовать приехать летом, в сезон.

Cons:

Зона СПА на четверочку. Хорошо, но не отлично.
Апрель еще прохладно, поэтому выбираешь крытый бассейн - тут он отличный, есть детская зона. Но нет джакузи и более теплого бассейна.
Сауна - слишком уж низкая температура.
Steam room - отличная.
Хамам не работал ((
В целом - зона СПА небольшая.

Коктейли 50/50 - иногда удачные, иногда не очень.

7 star experience - это конечно маркетинг) я бы сказал что уровень 4+ звезды, то есть немного не дотягивает до полноценной пятерки.
Ориентир полноценной пятерки, наверное, для меня Lujo Bodrum.
