Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend (in allen Bereichen des Hotels). Die Zimmer waren sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Ausblick. Das Essen war grandios und es gab eine große Auswahl. Wir waren zu einem Abendessen mit Live Musik im Fogo eingeladen. Das Essen, die Band und der Service waren überragend. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and while everything about the hotel itself was excellent, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from Sara. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Sara is the epitome of professionalism and warmth. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and always had a genuine smile that made us feel welcome and valued. Her ability to anticipate our needs and her thoughtful approach to customer service was truly impressive. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, or simply engaging us with kindness and sincerity, she demonstrated a high standard of hospitality that is rare to find.
