The kindness of the reception staff and location.

Breakfast was horrible, and the staff didn't have anyone for cleaning post 6 pm , so we couldn't even get the room cleaned

Overall it was good.
One thing I particularly enjoyed was that our car broke down just before we were about to check out, and we were not even close to our hotel. It took us two hours to get there and check out. Thankfully, they did not charge us for the delay. In this case, they were very kind.

Cons:

The cleaning kit, including a brush, soaps and shampoo, should be provided as standard and not on request. Furthermore, there were no towels available.
