You can do better!
Pros:

I loved the staff; they were so kind and attentive. The restaurant food was too good, and the rooms were exactly as depicted in the images.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they don't have complimentary water in the rooms - Richard's Bay doesn't have drinkable tap water. It was very disappointing that I had to buy water. No shower caps, which you would think would be included with the hairdryers in the rooms. When I enquired at reception, the receptionist just seemed uncomfortable about it.

Oh, and the loud music after 10 is honestly not necessary 😑. There should be a rule for this. Probably because there is no security insight.

And lastly, it would be great if the sheets were also changed once used!

Cons:

Please put a microwave in each room or at least one at a central point so we can warm up our food.
The floor polish that they use on the tiles were very slippery, almost fell.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Excellent location! With the restaurant on site, it's very easy to eat at the hotel rather than go out for food! Also, the staff was great! They are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you
