Pros:

All was fine for what it is,good wifi,clean

Cons:

The location is close to the main square of taksim,might be problematic for people who are not fit,as everything is either uphill or downhill,whereever you go

Staying at this facility in Istanbul was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was perfect—close to the famous Taksim square, with quick access to public transport, restaurants, and Istanbul’s iconic attractions. After a long day of exploring, coming back felt like returning to a calm oasis in the middle of a vibrant city.
The room was clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Istanbul to the fullest.

Fürchterlich und gesundheitsgefährdend!!!

Leider können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen und müssen ernsthaft hinterfragen, wie diese zustande kommen. Bereits beim Betreten der Unterkunft wurden wir von einem muffigen, beißenden Geruch empfangen, der stark nach faulen Eiern roch und auch nach längerer Lüftung nicht verschwand. Kurz darauf entdeckten wir an einer kompletten Wand massiven Schimmelbefall. Zusätzlich war das Badezimmer deutlich schmuddelig und ungepflegt.
Ich bin wirklich kein Mensch, der wegen Kleinigkeiten eine Unterkunft verlässt, aber dieser Zustand war unzumutbar und aus unserer Sicht gesundheitsgefährdend. Das einzig Positive war die Nähe zum Taksim-Platz. Allerdings vermittelt die Gegend ein mulmiges Gefühl, was uns durch andere Bewertungen bereits bekannt war.
Aufgrund der Zustände haben wir noch am selben Abend ein Hotel aufgesucht und die Unterkunft verlassen. Nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme wurde die Buchung kommentarlos storniert, sodass man eigentlich gar keine Bewertung mehr abgeben kann – möglicherweise erklärt das die überwiegend positiven Bewertungen hier auf Booking.com.
Bis heute haben wir weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Wir raten dringend davon ab, dieses Zimmer zu buchen. Die starke Schimmelbelastung kann ernsthafte gesundheitliche Schäden verursachen.

Супер апартаменты по соотношению цена-качество, 5 минут пешком до площади Таксим.
Есть мини-кухня с плитой, чайником, кофеваркой, холодильником (чай, кофе, сахар были на кухне).
По две пары полотенец и тапочек. В ванной шампунь, гель для душа и фен.
Есть кондиционер.

如有机会再次造访伊斯坦布尔，我会再次选择这里。
Pros:

离独立大街很近，离超市也很近，交通便利，位置非常好。房子打扫得非常干净整洁。设施一应俱全。可以很方便地做饭。

Cons:

离清真寺很近，所以会听到宣礼的声音。但是问题不大。

Great accommodation
Pros:

The hosts are very kind and so are the locals in the street. The room I stayed in was very clean and nice. The bathroom floor has underfloor heating. The wifi and airconditioner worked perfectly.
Across the building there is a market that is open till late in the night. If you get thirsty or hungry you can go buy things there, very handy.

If you wanna stay in the hart of Istanbul this is the place, it's close to everywhere and the metro station. There are also a lot of bus stops en taxi's close by. Walking to Taksim takes about 8 minutes.

Pros:

Location in the heart of Istanbul, super clean, new furnishings. The host is super accommodating. He allows us check-in late, preps cold water in the fridge, offers anything else he can help/provide, also we can leave our luggage there after checking out.

Cons:

Well, it's Istanbul... So steep elevation is to be expected. We travel light so we have no issue.

We liked the hotel room.. it looked as it is in the images shown and the host was also so kind.

Cons:

It was little hard for us to reach the location. A bit confusing but with help of locals we did reach the room and also the host came out and picked us up..
