Pros:

10分满意，住宿位置近公交站。房东是个干净整洁的人，他的房子也是。没有任何异味，家具整洁，新颖。我也非常爱护，抽烟都是到楼下室外。

A delightful and very convenient little apartment!
Pros:

This is a very nicely renovated little apartment in the Taksim area, within easy walking distance of Taksim Square and the Taksim Metro Station and lots of shopping and eating places.
I liked the comfy bed, the nicely designed little bathroom with a shower that is properly enclosed and with plenty of hot water and generous showerhead, and the well-equipped kitchenette, also a usable table and seating area.
I was there in mid-late December, with winter on its way and gloomy weather, so I appreciated the heating system, and especially the heated floor in the bathroom. (Even though the heating was a bit excessive for me, it was easy enough to adjust the temperature by opening or closing the windows.)
Also a big plus for the location: it's just a couple of stops on the M2 line to reach Gayretteppe, the station where you tramsfer to the M11 line that will take you to the airport. (if you do this, make sure to allow plenty of time for walking to and from each station from the metro entry and exit and transfer points.)
Taksim Square and the Taksim Metro Station are also easy hub points to get anywhere else in Istanbul, whether by bus or Metro, so get your Istanbul Card and be ready to explore!

Cons:

As others have said, there is a steep road down from Taksim Square to get to the apartments.
It's particularly steep if you follow the shortest route shown on Google Maps, steep and slippery too.
However, if you walk another short block (going away from the metro station) and take the downhill from there, it will be much more manageable.
Uphill too - I carried a backpack and wheeled my larger bag back by this route to Taksim Metro Station, uphill, on my way to the airport, and it was not too bad.

The yellow colour, and the photos, do make this apartment possible to find. Though after dark, it is tiresome to have to walk back and forth to look for it.
It would be better if an actual street number were used for the address (even if not on the actual building) since the buildings around it do have numbers that help Google Maps to direct you properly.
Just having the name of the street is not really ideal!

Pros:

We like the room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The room is really cozy. The kitchen has a full equipped that really helped us to cook. The shower is the best!! The owner provides us umbrellas. The house is near Bus Station and Metro Station and Bus Station to go to the Sabiha Airport. Near Taksim Square also. It is in a quiet area!!

Cons:

There's no window or exhaust in the Bathroom. So we need to open the windows in our room to get rid of the humidity in the bathroom. Likely to mold :(

Pros:

Номер чистый, хороший ремонт и есть всё для удобства.
Заселение бесконтактное, владелец на связи.
Расположение хорошее-очень близко с Таксим.
Очень рекомендую.

Cons:

это не влияет на моё впечатление и я с удоволсьвием ещё раз остановлюсь в этом месте, но нужно быть готовыми: улица где находится отель грязновая.

Pros:

Tutto era molto pulito e ordinato, come da foto! Il self check-in davvero facile ed immediato, la posizione ottima vicino a ristoranti, negozi e servizi!

Pros:

Located in a locals area.
Studio Appt had everything one needed. AC, Full Kitchenette, Tea/Coffee/Oil etc provided.
Bed etc very comfortable.

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room decor was calming and relaxing. The location is great, just a few meters from the famous "Taksim Meydanı" ( Square) and all basic and luxury amenities are available,; restaurents, shops, cafés,...ets. not to mention the metro station. You have your own key so you can go out and in whenever and as you wish. It is like your home.
I stay at this property whenever I visit Istanbul.
