Pros:

We had a very nice stay! When we had questions or needed help we got supported directly.
The room was very clean and is located in an area a little different from the taxim shopping area, wich we really enjoyed.

Pros:

The apartment is very clean and nice. My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights. It has all the necessary things: towels, shampoo, toilet paper, plates, glasses, salt, pepper, an umbrella in the hallway, hot water 24/7, hangers in the closet, and a hair dryer.
The host was very kind and also allowed us to leave our suitcases in a room downstairs so we could walk around Istanbul all day, since our flight was late at night.

Cons:

The only complaint is that there is a lot of noise from the children on the street and from people living in the building across. Also, the internet was a bit weak, and the neighborhood is quite dirty since it is a poorer area in Istanbul. However, in general, we did not feel unsafe.

Overall, the biggest problem was the insulation, because you can constantly hear noise from outside.

Buen alojamiento basico y economico para pasar unos dias en Estambul.
Pros:

Equipado con lo basico, limpio, cama comoda, y bien climatizado incluso pasamos calor en pleno mes de marzo.

Cons:

Las calles de alrededor parecen muy inseguras sobre todo por la noche, pero no tuvimos ningun incidente.

Pros:

Está a 8 minutos andando del metro de Taksim. La habitación está totalmente limpia y es acogedora, podrías quedarte muchos días sin problema. El anfitrión súper atento y muy amable. Leo reseñas de que la zona era ruidosa pero yo pude dormir perfectamente cada noche, oías alguna cosa de vez en cuando como en cualquier centro de una ciudad. Repetiría sin duda.

Cons:

La zona no es muy buena y me asusté un poco el primer día, pero yo me alojé sola como mujer de 28 años y no tuve ningún problema ni llegando entre las 23/00 de la noche. Gente muy amable.

Agradable estancia en Estambul
Pros:

Apartamento limpio, con todos los utensilios necesarios. Bien ubicado, cerca de plaza Taksim y del transporte público. Si te gusta el ambiente nocturno, a 10 minutos tienes excelentes pubs de musica turca

Cons:

Que no hay nadie que te atienda sino que es con un codigo y llaves. Pero me imagino que es un mal endémico del turismo moderno

Pros:

Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Daire çok rahat ve konforluydu, konaklama için gerekli olan her şey mevcuttu. Bölge iyiydi ana caddeye İstiklal yürüyerek sadece 7–10 dk mesafede, ulaşım çok rahat, çevrede birçok mağaza ve kafe var.
Ev sahibini ayrıca belirtmek isterim çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otobüsümüz akşamdıydı, bagajı bırakmamıza memnuniyetle yardımcı oldu, bu sayede şehirde rahatça gezebildik. Bu daireyi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ve memnuniyetle tekrar burada konaklamak isterim.

Pros:

Limpísimo, nuevo, con todo lo necesario ,fácil de encontrar, acceso a metro muy cerca, puedes ir a todos los puntos de interés.El contacto con el propietario rápido y super eficaz. Tienda de comestibles y pequeños restaurantes en el barrio, vecinos agradables y educados y entorno seguro. Recomiendo totalmente.

Nettes Appartement in einer leider sehr unschönen Gegend.
Pros:

Schön eingerichtet, sauberes Appartement. Der Gastgeber wirkte freundlich.

Cons:

Das Appartement liegt in der laut einer in Istanbul lebenden Freundin und diversen Taxifahrern gefährlichsten Gegend von Istanbul. Bis spät abends ist es laut draußen und wir haben uns unwohl im Dunkeln unwohl gefühlt. Uns wurde mehrfach gesagt, dass es in der Gegend viel Kriminalität gibt und wir besser die Unterkunft wechseln sollten. Das haben wir auch gemacht.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful and cozy apartment. Everything clean and modern, you have everything what you might need. Close to Taksim square, authentic neighbourhood.

Cons:

No parking spot… public parking was quite expensive
