Excellent séjour de 4 nuits ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable avec une literie impeccable. Mention spéciale pour l'emplacement géographique : il est idéalement situé pour profiter des activités de Kuala Lumpur sans être en plein tumulte. Tout était conforme à mes attentes ,je recommande vivement.Qualité/prix très bien.

Cons:

I stayed at Prime Hotel, TRX Tower for one night and arrived around 1:00 a.m. Unfortunately, there was no available parking at that time. The hotel staff assured us it was safe to park in front of the hotel, but they did not inform us that we could be issued a summons for doing so. The next morning, before we checked out at 12:00 p.m., we discovered a parking ticket issued at 10:00 a.m. It was quite disappointing, as a simple warning or clear guidance from the staff could have prevented this situation.

Pros:

Enough space to open luggages. Location is near to shopping malls, MRT and Monorail.

Cons:

Ants.
The first room had many ants on the wall and bathroom.
They gave me new room. The first three days are okay, but starting ants show up.
