My stay was very comfortable but got it got noisy just before Midnight from surroundings.
Cons:

The room service time in the morning was supposed to be done immediately we leave the room in the morning. My uncomfortable experience was that on the second day of my stay the room service was done at 3pm when I returned from the beach as the lady said the bedding laundry was still wet. We had to set elsewhere in those wet swimming clothes for 20mins. Secondly,they need to have available room service for those coming from the beach as we come back wet and full of sand. Thirdly,the hotel needs to avail laundry services for us when we come back from the beach. We need to wash up our clothes as we can't travel back home with sandy clothes nonetheless ur stay was very comfortable and it felt like home away from home. The beach was nearby,just two robots away nonetheless I would definitely come back. Value for money.

The staff was rude especially the manager, towels were dirty, 105 water was leaking from the fan, there was a mark of water showing that the room was not cleaned. Batteries were missing for remotes both 105 and 214, loud noise from other clients, parking looks dodgy

Not what I anticipated

Being closer to the beach

Cons:

Not very clean. Since I had booked 3 or 4 days before, I was supposed to get a room with a view, instead I was given an unnecessarily huge room

Terrible experience

bad staff attitude including the manager.
Unprofessionalism of staff.
Being asked to pay key deposit on arrival and not prior arrival.

I didn’t like the fact that i had to pay extra 50 to get into the room because i was usi a card.
