Very nice hotel, our host Laura was really very kind. We could borrow bicycles to explore the area and the bikes were very modern compared to the ones we borrowed until now in Vietnam. There was a Child seat for our daughter, it was perfect. The breakfast was very good to.
The staff were friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and met our needs for a one night stay before our cruise. It was very quiet.
It was dark when we arrived and restaurants were a 15 minute walk around to the other side of the harbour. Would have been fine if we had arrived earlier.
The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay before our cruise in Ha Long. I really appreciated Laura’s support during my stay. She was very helpful and kind from the beginning. She helped arrange the transfer from the airport to the hotel, and the price was even cheaper than Grab, which was great.
She also helped me book the cruise, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process very easy and convenient. Thanks to her help, everything during the trip went very smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about anything.
Overall, this was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. I highly recommend booking this hotel. The staff are very friendly and they will gladly help you arrange transportation, cruises, and anything else you may need for your trip. It really made my experience in Ha Long much more enjoyable.
Not thing
Very spacious room with comfy beds, hot shower and good WiFi. The balcony and view were the best part, we had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and the view of the bay and the harbour was great. Amazing sunset too. I agree with a previous reviewer, we could also have just sat there all day watching the ships come and go along with the sunsets. Very relaxing.
Laura at the hotel was excellent, she contacted me directly on WhatsApp before we arrived and then kept in contact with me to organise taxis and a transfer to Hanoi. Her English is good too. The hotel has complimentary bicycles including a tandem which was fun!
It's not the hotels fault at all, however the area is very much like a ghost town. There is just nothing there, very few restaurants and no-one about! Sadly there are lots of abandoned hotels and very few people around other than the people coming in from Hanoi to go on the boats.

We were there during winter so most things in the area are closed, so the location wasn’t the greatest. I imagine that in the summer months the location would be good.

The location of the hotel is right at the harbour, so if you plan cruise is good. Bed was comfortable, staff was polite and even tooth us with car to the harbour. Lovely view from the balcony.
The bathroom was not the cleanest one.

We had rooms overlooking the harbour so we could watch the boats come and go against a backdrop scenic islands. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. This is a family hotel and they were all friendly and helpful. One of the daughters has excellent English so communication was easy. They even drove us the short distance to the ferry the following morning.
A choice of a less plump pillow would have been nice.

La disponibilite et l accueil du personnel. Ils sont venus nous chercher a l arrivee du bus a 3h du matin. La jeune fiĺle m a aide a trouver une croisiere et a reserve le bus pour Tam Coc.

Cher pour la qualite de l hotel.
La famille de cet établissement et Laura la fille qui fait tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. A 5 minutes de l’embarcadère pour visiter la baie d’Halong, pas de transport AR de Hai Phong
Établissement à rafraîchir
Nous sommes arrivés avec le bus vers 7h du matin et ils nous ont proposés de disposer directement de nos chambres alors que le Check in est à 14h.
Très bons conseils pour les croisières, restos, … toujours disposés à aider et d’une extrême gentillesse. Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Chambres très propres.
