Great, the staff made it better
Pros:

The staff was really nice, they offered us some food, they offered us bicycles for FREE, even the tandem ones. They offered to order a taxi and to organize tours. The daughter of the owner speaks great English so there was no problem communicating. The room was clean, quite, well-lit, and the bathroom was great and equipped.

Cons:

No downsides except that it's at an inconvenient location, there are no restaurants or stores nearby, it's also far away from the Ha Long boat boarding area.

Overall happy,satisfied stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers.
Pros:

Overall a nice satisfactory stay. Ms.Laura,the owner's daughter was a perfect host. Full Mark's to her for her quick thinking, best efforts and always a happy smiling face.
As Ha Long is now preferred by Indian travelers,especially pure vegetarians and even fromJain religion community too, she must google out what Jains can eat and what's forbidden. Cook breakfast accordingly with pre notification from clients. This way both parties would be happy.

Cons:

1. Room had few leftover hairs which was indeed not a good sight!
2. Very very limited items in breakfast for vegetarians.
Hotel management can certainly improve on this with bit of research.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Es ist herrlich ruhig auf der Insel. Und trotzdem eine gute Möglichkeit, die Halong Bucht zu besuchen. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht und das abendliche Feuerwerk.
Wir konnten gratis Fahrräder ausleihen. Der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ganz okay.

La ubicación cerca del la Bahia de Hang Long para ir al Crucero en la mañana
