فترة تواجدي كانت في العشر الاواخر من رمضان
المكان مسافة كبيرة للحرم ولا توجد مواصلات للحرم وقت الزحام في حالة كبار السن الموضوع هيكون صعب عليهم السير لهذه المسافة الا بكرسي ولكن الشباب هيكون الموضوع عادي … المكان نضيف وال staff كويسين … الفندق كبير وبكستاني تقريبا وال staff اللي في المكان معظمهم باكستانيين وفيه مطعم في الفندق بيقدم وجبات باكستاني سعرها معقول الى حد ما اخص بالذكر Ahmed Sagun و Tufen كانوا كويسين معايا و لكن فيه واحد في الامن كان مش كويس في التعامل ومنعني اني افطر حاجة بسيطة في الريسيبشن بالرغم ان عادي وكان كل الناس بتاكل

السعر على booking مبالغ فيه واتضحك عليا لاني حجزت من هنا غرفة لشخصين وسعرها في اليوم حوالي 1200 ريال لكن اصلا الفندق بيحجزها ب 650 ريال فانصح بالتواصل المباشر مع الفندق وعدم الحجز من booking

This time, I have get very bad experience, no proper house keeping, no hospitality, room service was also very poor.

Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Versorgung mit Handtüchern und Papiertüchern war einwandfrei, es war alles Nötige vorhanden.
Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei dem Mitarbeiter Ahmad Sagor. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat einen sehr positiven Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen. Vielen Dank für den guten Service!

Cons:

Check-in: Dass man erst ab 16:00 Uhr einchecken kann, ist sehr unflexibel. Wir kamen viel früher an, waren übermüdet und mussten uns mühsam irgendwo aufhalten, was extrem anstrengend war.

​Umgebung & Hygiene: Die Lage zur Masjid al-Haram ist zwar gut, aber die Zustände auf dem Weg dorthin sind sehr bedauerlich. Überall liegt Müll herum, Menschen spucken auf den Boden und besonders nach dem Iftar lassen viele ihren Abfall einfach liegen. Es ist sehr schade, da dieses Verhalten dem Islam und der Reinheit, die er lehrt, absolut nicht entspricht. Das Hotel kann zwar nichts für das Verhalten der Menschen draußen, aber als Gast empfand ich den Weg zur Moschee dadurch als sehr unangenehm.

Pros:

The staff on the 4th floor were very nice, especially Ahmad, who was very friendly and always ready to help, for which we are very grateful, as well as Tufail from the 3rd floor. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Well, in some places the furniture was old and the doors were difficult to close.
