Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Bisher die Unterkunft mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Istanbul die ich kenne.

Cons:

Aus dem Bad/Abfluss kam immer wieder ein starker unangenehmer Geruch. Die Zimmer liegen relativ nah beieinander und es ist alles ziemlich hellhörig.

Everything was great!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Yellowhouse! The host was fast to reply and everything was very clean. Firstly I was kinda afraid about the „sketchy neighborhood“ past reviews suggested but I felt safe and it was a prime location - many restaurants and cafes, grocery kiosks, shopping all in a walkable distance!

Perfect and so clean. But way to it is extremely steep
Pros:

Everything was amazing, clean, easy to find on location and to arrive to, instructions from host were clear and easy. so close to taksim square and all destinations around. As i arrived late i thought it wasn't the safest to go out as a female by myself but i think i was wrong, Neighbours and locals were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Streets to get to it were extremely steep and slippery if raining which is not suitable at all for elder people or for people with disabilities. Another thing was the pillows, as there were only 2, we weren't comfortable but maybe it's us used to have 2 pillows each. And and add on can be a bigger mirror where you can see you're self better for dressing up (as there is one big enough for bathroom use).

Все супер, мы довольны.
Pros:

Отличный хозяин, отличный ремонт, отличное наполнение номера, для полного удобства не хватает лишь микроволновки и утюга в номер.
Отличное расположение, очень близко находится площадь Таксим с метро и автобусной развязкой. Все в пешей доступности, как супермаркеты так и обычные магазинчики.

Cons:

Минусы отсутствуют.

เราชอบทุกอย่างที่นี่ สะอาดมาก ที่นอนหลับสบาย อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครัน เครื่องครัวพร้อมและสะอาดมาก มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ ชา ถูกใจมากเลย อยากอยู่ที่นี่นานๆ คราวหน้าฉันจะมาพักที่นี่แน่นอน

Excellent property, in a non family friendly district unfortunately
Pros:

Nice room with all the essentials, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We really had a nice stay and everything was clean.

Cons:

The streets around the place where the apartment is located look a bit scary at any time of the day, actually the apartment street itself is okay there is a small shop and a few other rental properties but to get to the street you have to pass the very questionable streets that could be described as "Taksim Red Light District". There is however a longer but arguably safer and nicer looking route if you decide to first walk towards Keresteci Recep Sk. and then go uphill to the main road. The main road is also unfortunately used as marketing place for "ladies of the night"

Posizione strategica vicinissima ai luoghi turistici in un contesto non turistico.
Proprietario molto attento e cortese.

Cons:

Uniche pecche sono la mancanza di un aeratore al bagno seppur compensata dalla presenza di ampie finestre e il dislivello da percorrere (qualche decina di metri) per arrivare ai trasporti pubblici.

Opravdu se mi líbilo umístění na vedlejší ulici mající neobyčejný charakter, kde byl parádní klid. Při každém návratu na ubytování mě bavilo objevovat různá zákoutí a speciálnost přilehlých uliček.

Ottima soluzione per qualche giorno a Istanbul!
Pros:

Monolocale fornito di tutto il necessario, accogliente e pulito. Posizione in una zona un po' fuori dal centro, ma tranquilla.

La stanza è in una zona un po' degradata ma non abbiamo riscontrato problemi, neanche la sera
