Het huis was fantastisch en de tuin een paradijsje met volop privacy. Het personeel was ook geweldig en maakten het verblijf onvergetelijk!

The Vila was perfect for me and my wife, just what we wanted for our stay in Bali. Very peaceful, stunning exterior&interior design, with a pool and outdoor shower/bath. The staff were always very helpful and super kind to us. Mr Agung was a great host and very humble man as well as Esa who helped us with our stay at this property and to the chef who cooked some really delicious breakfast every morning and food service at a great price. Staff who helped with our luggage to at home massage, it was a stay to remember! Highly recommend this Vila as we will 100% be back next time we visit 🙏

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette villa et tout a été absolument parfait.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un accueil incroyables. Ils nous ont guidés et conseillés pour les meilleures activités à faire à Bali, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable.

La villa est magnifique, située en pleine nature, avec tout le confort nécessaire. On s’y sent comme à la maison, mais à Bali : calme, sérénité, propreté irréprochable et une piscine très agréable et rafraîchissante.

Les plats et petits-déjeuners sont délicieux, un vrai régal chaque jour.

Un immense merci à Mr Agun, Ms ESA et Mr Wagan pour leur professionnalisme, leur bienveillance et leur gentillesse.

Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The villa was wonderful, beautiful, and very clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. All the staff were incredibly kind; you felt like you were dealing with a member of your family. The breakfast was lovely.

La villa est incroyable, l’accueil d’Esa ainsi que l’accueil des frères les propriétaires était incroyable on se sentait comme appartenant à leur famille tout en ayant notre intimité. Ils ont un service de cuisine très bon le chef vous préparera de très bon plat si vous voulez manger à la villa. La piscine incroyable, les décorations de très bons goûts. C’est un lieu paisible plein de charme et où reigne la natures une expérience immersive incroyable et quand il pleut c’est encore plus agréable pendant la nuit. Nous avons eu la chance de visiter le temple familial.

Privacy and clean and the stuff

The uniqueness of the bamboo villa it was a truly remarkable experience for us. The outdoor experience was all we expected. The location was great for sightseeing and activities, the guide Agung was an exceptional guide. The staff, food, ambience everything was perfect we will be back x

The place is very calm and thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The owner is very kind and approachable, and the staff were extremely helpful and supportive during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

The villa is superb in every way. The area is totally secluded with your own pool with dining area and villa facing the jungle. The host was amazing he took us on adventures to his own traditional Balinese house and local waterfalls that have religious significance. The service was above any expectations. While staying we did many activities and trips in to Ubud however the thing I most enjoyed was relaxing at the villa in the unmatched beauty and relaxing noises of the jungle.

Staying in this villa was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had in Bali. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of peace — the kind you only find deep in nature. The entire villa is made of bamboo, and being surrounded by the forest felt like living inside a dream. Every morning I woke up to the sound of birds, the smell of fresh greenery, and the soft light coming through the trees. It was impossible not to feel calm and grateful.

The hosts were truly exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind people. They took such good care of me, always making sure I had everything I needed, yet giving me all the privacy to enjoy the space. Their hospitality felt heartfelt, not forced. It really made the whole experience feel special.

The villa itself is stunning — thoughtfully designed, clean, cozy, and full of beautiful details. I loved the swinging daybed, the open structure, the garden, and of course the private pool overlooking the jungle. The floating breakfast was incredible; enjoying it in such a peaceful, tropical setting felt surreal.

What also stood out was the location. It’s close enough to Ubud to reach everything easily, but far enough to feel completely disconnected from noise, traffic, and crowds. It truly feels like a private sanctuary. At night, the sound of the jungle was so calming, and during the day the whole place felt bright, green, and alive.

This villa gave me exactly what I needed — relaxation, comfort, nature, and a feeling of being cared for. I’m so grateful for this stay, and I will definitely come back. If you’re looking for a place that feels authentic, peaceful, and full of soul, this is the perfect choice.

We spent two nights at Pitu, a Punggul Village Escape, and I have to say: this place is truly exceptional. I have never been so impressed by a villa before. The entire villa is beautifully built from bamboo, very spacious, extremely private, and comes with its own pool surrounded by jungle views. It was a dream to stay here.

The service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and helped with our luggage. The owner, Agung, came personally to greet us, gave us amazing tips, and genuinely took care of us throughout our stay. He really cares and it felt like Family. We have never experienced hospitality like this before.

Breakfast was another highlight… We could choose everything individually including the time when it will be served in our Villa. We had Eggs, Pancakes and fresh fruits and delicious Bali coffee, prepared with high quality ingredients. Esa, one of the staff members, was incredibly sweet and attentive and brought the breakfast together with the chef personally right to our villa.

A very special moment was when the Owner Mr. Agung personally drove us to a coffee plantation and showed us around. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience.

The villa was clean, authentic, beautifully designed and the overall atmosphere was simply magical and also perfect for couples to have a romantic stay. We absolutely recommend Pitu, a Punggul Village Escape and already look forward to coming back.

The open concept was cool. It may not be that obvious from the picture, but the front of the house is actually open air with no walls or glass. This means that when you sleep at night in the mosquito net, the front of the bed is actually the full view of the forest and sunset. I was lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature and I absolutely loved it. They provide a dedicated router so you have a high speed wifi that only you use. The villa is very private and you have a dedicated pool (although unfortunately I slipped and fell on their most steps earlier so I didn't actually dare to use it with an open wound). The staff comes only when you call them via WhatsApp. Nature here pretty much ignores you - I had butterflies flying towards me while lunching and a praying mantis doing is own thing hunting insects on the net ignoring me despite me using the swing just next to it. House lizards fighting on the bamboo rafters just above me and falling down to the floor. On the last night, I even had fireflies (!) in the garden blinking right in front of my porch while I had dinner. Food was very affordable but limited in variety. I tried almost their whole menu but although it seems the least exotic, their fried noodles was the tastiest option. Beware that their grilled chicken is a whole small chicken cause they serve it complete with the head and beak! (But probably the most value for money item in the menu... :) ). The waterfall and sacred monkey park is within minutes away from the location.

Our stay at this villa in Bali was nothing short of extraordinary. Everything was thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and incredibly functional, creating the perfect balance between comfort and style.
From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in a romantic and deeply private atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by lush nature, giving us the feeling of being completely embraced by the peaceful Balinese landscape.
The breakfast was another highlight: beautifully prepared, delicious, and served with so much care.

Czujesz się jak w dzungli. Słyszysz zwierzeta. Posesja cała zamkana więc masz swoją prywatność. Śniadanie bardzo dobre które dopasowuja do Twoich potrzeb. Właściciel i caly personel był cudowny. Wezyscy bardzo życzliwi, dużo opowiadający o kulturze i tradycjach. Właściwie do pobytu można doliczyć dodatkową w cenie wycieczkę :)

Es war ein absolut tolles Erlebnis. Authentischer und naturverbundener kann man kaum auf Bali wohnen. Auch die Region ist sehr einheimisch und man hat kaum Touristen. Dank Agung und seinem Team hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück wurde immer sehr liebevoll zubereitet und man konnte Uhrzeit und Zusammenstellung des Essens jeden Tag neu wählen, eine kurze WhatsApp hat gereicht, egal um was es ging, Es war immer jemand zur Stelle. Das Bett war sehr bequem und dank Moskitonetz stets frei von diesen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was einen am Anfang misstrauisch macht, jedoch unbegründet. Die Bambusvilla hat ein natürliches Klima, dadurch das alles offen ist steht nie die Hitze drin und die Nächte waren sehr angenehm. Keine TV und kein Radio zu haben war ebenso einfach mal wunderbar. WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden, auch zuverlässig und schnell. Das Housekeeping wurde immer so getimed, dass man es gar nicht merkt. Entweder war man beim Abendessen oder einfach unterwegs. Esa, die Frau für alles, war jederzeit erreichbar und super patent und freundlich. Der Pool, der Garten, einfach alles an dieser Villa begeistert und man hat super Privatsphäre, ein einsehen auf das komplette Grundstück ist nicht möglich, was FKK begeisterte oder neulinge freuen sollte. Taxi Fahrten haben wir entweder per Grab-App gemacht oder der Chef des Hauses hat uns gefahren. Absolut super familiäres Team. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem, den Natur und deren Bewohner nicht stören, zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Die Geräuschkulisse (Grillen, Frösche, Vögel) in der Nacht ist einfach Atemberaubend und lässt einen sehr gut schlafen. Wir bedanken uns für diese tolle Erfahrung.

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful staff. Esa was there every day to make sure I had everything I needed and always made my days brighter. Chef Wyn prepared the most delicious breakfasts — they truly became one of the highlights of my stay. And special thanks to the owner, Agung, who treated me like part of his family. He showed me all three of his homes, shared stories about Balinese culture and customs, and even took me to a lovely coffee house where I could try authentic luwak coffee. Thank you all so much for your kindness and hospitality!

The villa itself is made entirely of bamboo and has an open design, giving a unique feeling of sleeping under the open sky. Because it’s located far from any roads, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet — you’ll only hear a few roosters in the morning and the sounds of nature from the jungle.

Everything was kept spotless and well-maintained every day. The pool was perfect for a refreshing morning or evening swim, or simply for relaxing by the water. The villa is located about 25 minutes by motorbike from the center of Ubud, which makes it a great choice for anyone who wants a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to explore the town.

There are insect repellents available in the bathroom and near the bed, which helps keep bugs away, though you might still see a few — it’s part of the natural experience.

Overall, I had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.
