The location is very good. Easy accessibility to Bus and Shopping Mall.
The staff was very polite and helpful.
Traffic noise is too much even during the night.
There were rats in the room.
The staff do adjustment on my booking change the arrival dates.Once im arrive Istanbul they said hotel fully booked.What a meas.I have to do and find another hotel.Please avoid
Cheating
It's a pretty small but comfortable suite hotel, which is very close to public transportation, close to the shopping center as well, but far from the historical sightseeing. The room was good, the bed was very comfortable. They did upgrade my room for the deluxe room which I appreciated a lot. I have booked without breakfast, but it's possible to have breakfast there and you can order delicious traditional Börek with different types in. Exceptional staff, especially thank you to Levent and Açelya.
Nothing to say about. Just one note, that the hotel is situated on a highway which is quite noisy therefore I would recommend having earplugs for any case. I always have it when I visit Istanbul 🤗
