Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The location is also fine. We good complimentary food for our kids which was good.

Cons:

There were multiple lapses.
1) In one of our rooms, a nail was stuck in the drainage. It lead to flooding of the room. Imagine what can one do when one discovers while bathing.
2) The swiming area didnt have enough towels, both in the evening and in the morning. There is no information near the pool how to call reception. The swimming area also dont have any washrooms nearby. Even after going and requesting they got few towels. They had to explicility explained that the number of towels should atleast match the number of persons in the pool.
3) The TV was disconnected to Setup box, the weighing machine didnt have cell( nothing important but goes on to show the level of incompetence.

Summer Vacation Experience with ITC in Khajjiar
Pros:

breakfast was ok.
dinner experience with songs and music was good.

Swimming pool facility is good for kids.
Good to have a gym in this facilty. However, Gym is small and opening it at 8 AM is too late.

Location is good. Rooms have a balcony with very good view.
Good fragrance once you enter reception area.

Cons:

breakfast was ok but it can be lot better especially if its ITC. E.g. Quality of RIce Kheer, Poha , Sambhar was not good. I ordered dinner and daal makhani was not good. Though, I requested and it was replaced. But, this is not expected from ITC.

Breakfast tables are not cleaned proactively unless some other guest family comes and asks for it during breakfast hours.

Quality of Rice kheer, halwa was too bad. I have seen better food options in 4 start hotel with lot more variety. This hotel is expensive and food/breakfast does not go well with the price they charge for stay.

Spa facilities/services are not matured enough and does not give a confidence to go for it for couple.

A few things need slight modifications.
Pros:

Cons:

Thin...Plough should have been provided..
Tea cups in the room are not of good quality.
Shaving Cream should be inside the shaving kit, in place of the soap.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Service and Good Amenities
Pros:

My stay was comfortable, and the amenities were good. Special thanks to Sonu Chauhan at the front desk for being helpful and courteous. The only drawback was the closed swimming pool
