Fortune ITC enjoys a prime location with walking access to local attractions of Khajjiar The room was spacious and provided a stunning view of Dayladhar and Pir Panjal ranges. Dining options were exceptional, with delicious meals and attentive staff enhancing the experience.

Good breakfast and the hotel’s location was superb. Also, we got to see snow on our way to the hotel and outside the hotel, which was a great thing.
One issue that we faced was no accommodation arrangements for our driver and the food was chargeable. You should make arrangements for drivers accompanying the guests and also make their food charges complementary. We stayed at a homestay in Dalhousie where they had arrangements for the driver’s stay and also made his food complementary. That is a great way of showing hospitality.
