I would stay here again

Great location very near Centro. The garden in the courtyard was beautiful and full of birds. Very quiet. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Exelente location. I love staying at this place it was my 5th time staying there.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower it's really bad, must need to change those shower heads, not good for people to shower and wash their hair it takes too long to be able to rinse out the shampoo 30 mnts.
The place is beautiful convenience, but please please fix those showers.

Se veía muy bien cuando llegamos, pero una mala gestió, ya que no se informó sobre una gran fiesta privada.

Cons:

Se celebró una gran fiesta privada donde no se nos aviso nada. con Dj y música electrónica hasta las 10:00 am. Fue imposible dormir, nos trataron de abrir la puerta a golpes, alto consumo de drogas y alcohol. Al otro día el hotel estaba todo sucio sin poder utilizar las áreas comunes, piscina llena de botellas, la cocina llena de vasos y hielos derretidos, colillas de cigarros. La cocina que era común y dónde teníamos nuestro desayuno se lo comieron todo. La puerta de entrega abierta de par en par, fue horrible una verdades pesadilla

Great location, lovely setting, quiet, private & safe for solo travelers, very basic kitchenette for snacks, staff exceptional!

Cons:

Very small of a room, no chairs. loose backboard on bed, screeching bathroom door. moisture stains and smell on closet and bathroom. No space for luggage. No space to hang dresses. Only shirts/blouses. No cleaning service.. “ do it yourself trash/towels/sheets. Limited customer service on site. NO SWIMMING POOL. It’s more like a large shallow tub.

Alberca, sábanas muy limpias, cuarto excelentes condiicones

Cons:

No tiene salida de vapor el baño empieza a oler a humedad , deberían dejar un trapeador y artículos de limpieza para cuando nos quedamos varios días nosotros mismos realizar una limpieza al día , con la alberca mojamos mucho el interior del cuarto

Cons:

Our room was not great or comfortable at all. The room was covered with mold and had a very bad odor. The room was very humid and the air conditioner had a very bad smell to it. We had to turn it off because of this issue. The room itself was not clean and we checked out early Saturday morning. We would absolutely never recommend anyone staying at this property. No front desk and basically had to leave the property to avoid getting sick. We absolutely will be working towards getting refunded for this disaster
