Comfortable and clean, good for long stays!
Pros:

The apartment was very clean (I really hope the standarts will be kept up -- everything was actully pristine!), hosts were helpful and responsive.
We cooked a bit at home -- special thanks for the hosts for leaving good pans and salt/pepper/tea!
The location right near Taksim is a plus because it is easy to go sightseeing and the main fancy cafe spots are just 10-15 minutes away.
WiFi worked perfectly, the AC and coffee machine too. We stayed during winter and there was central heating and hot water. Comfotable even for longer stays!

Cons:

The exact location of the house is on the Dolapdere side of Tarlabaşı boulevard, so returning late at night felt a just a bit uneasy, but the house itself feels very safe and during the week we stayed nothing happened to us at all. During the day people in the neighborhood were friendly, so if we come again to Istanbul I would actually stay here again!

Buen apartamento y muy buena elección para visitar Taksim y Beyoğlu
Pros:

Está lo suficientemente cerca de Taksim y de los alrededores, a unos minutos andando. Pero luego es una calle muy tranquila, popular, de barrio, con tiendas abiertas todo el día, muy tranquila y muy segura. Para mí es una buena elección si quieres disfrutar de todo Beyoğlu, porque estás muy cerca pero lo sificientemente lejos para que no haya ruído. No es una calle bonita, pero tiene mucho sabor, es tranquilo y familiar. El apartamento muy bien, cocina completa, baño completo, cama grande, internet rápido, y en general muy cómodo.

Nada. Cada día estaba más a gusto

Excellente expérience
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Le quartier est vivant et si vous vous intéressez aux gens ils parleront volontiers avec vous.
La chambre est spacieuse, comme neuve. La kitchenette bien équipée. Tout était propre. L'accès est facile. On rentre dans le bâtiment par un boîtier à code. C'est un bâtiment avec plusieurs studios. Difficile de faire meilleur rapport qualité prix !

Cons:

Selon votre sensibilité au bruit, l’animation du quartier peut gêner la nuit. Si vous êtes sensibles, choisissez plutôt la Room 2, plus calme et située de l’autre côté du bâtiment.

Ожидания и реальность полностью совпали, комната очень красивая и чистая. Приятный хозяин, очень хочется вернуться сюда!

Parfait et idéal
Pros:

La chambre est vraiment magnifique, on ne se sent pas comme dans n’importe quel hôtel impersonnel. J’ai adoré les oreillers ! La chambre est grande et pour le prix c’est quelque chose d’absolument génial. Les deux épiceries en bas sont idéales et on peut toujours discuter avec quelqu’un de sympathique. Vraiment merveilleux séjour.

Pros:

Location, facilities were great, staff was quick and helpful.

Cons:

Very noisy street until 12PM.
guests smoking inside, owner doesn’t seem to care about it. Our room was full of cigarette smoke 2/7 nights. :( bed mattress is in unacceptable quality.

Location is the worst it was very scary to walk through the night. Its almost 6 mins from taksim and istiklal but location itself wasn’t safe.
