Warm and Welcoming
Pros:

Although the hotel was shutting down at the end of the season, the staff were most helpful and did all they could to make our stay most comfortable. Our motorcycle was stored in a warm garage, and though the restaurant was closed, drinks were made available from the bar. Breakfast was as extensive as if the hotel was full. Highly recommended.

Ungeheizt und extrem hellhörig
Pros:

Relativ geräumiger King-Room, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weil uns mangels Heizung so kalt war bekamen wir sofort Zusatzdecken. Caldes ist sehr schön und vor allem das Schloss ist sehenswert.

Cons:

Obwohl in der Buchungsbestätigung „Heizung“ angegeben war wurde bei 13 Grad untertags und 5 in der Nacht und tagelangem Regen nicht geheizt (Hotel war aber relativ ausgebucht). Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig, man hörte den Nachbarn gähnen und jedes Wort das gesprochen wurde. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind renoviert und sehr schon eingerichtet. Wir haben das Hotel für unsere Pausentage nach einer langen Wanderung genutzt. Dafür war es perfekt. Das wir ohne Auto unterwegs waren, konnten wir die Umgebung nicht gross erkunden.
Die Pizzeria im Hotel ist aber super. So eine leckere Pizza haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen!

Cons:

Beim Check-out gab es eine Verzögerung, da unsere Konsumationen nicht im System ersichtlich waren. Gemäss System haben wir schon alles bezahlt, was aber nicht stimmte. Schlussendlich mussten wir die Speisen und Getränke aus dem Kopf wieder aufzählen. Somit ein gutes Ende :-)

Pros:

La nostra camera non era troppo grande, ma arredata con gusto e pulitissima e soprattutto con una splendida vista sul fiume Noce, che scorre vicinissimo. Doccia comodissima con finestrella da cui si vedevano il bosco e il fiume. Abbiamo provato anche l’originalissima sauna esterna a botte, che i proprietari ci hanno gentilmente preparato con la vasca di acqua gelata. Una chicca. Anche il ristorante ottimo sia nelle pietanze che nel servizio. Consigliato!
