Cons:

There is no ventilation in the room and no windows to air it out, very high humidity, mold everywhere, the whole ceiling is moldy, it is impossible to breathe. Mushrooms are growing on the bathroom door. People cannot be accommodated in such apartments, it does not comply with sanitary standards and is dangerous to health.
