The facility is quite clean. Staffs are friendly, and in good locations.
It's too expensive compared to what's out there. The bed is so uncomfortable. We traveled so far, the most important thing to us was a comfy bed.
Perfect location in easy reach of loads of tourist attractions. The whole building is modern and stylish and the coffee shop downstairs is a great place to chill. The coffee is lovely and guests get 15% discount which was a nice surprise! The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with good wifi and A/C. The staff were super helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again.
The TV is not connected to the internet so is a bit useless, but not a big deal.
Location is great, very close to city center and cafe/ restaurants. On the ground floor is a famous coffee shop. Facilities are new and convenient.
Customer service is a little bit slow
The hotel is a self check in hotel via the hotel staff but the check in process was super quick and efficient via a whatsapp number. The room was amazing and one of the best places I stayed in Ho Chi Ming City
It's a small apartment and close to food places.easy to walk around.
Accessing to building. Needs to access thru the metal gate.
Great location as we don't need to stay close to tourist area, the room was very large (which is useful if you have many luggage).
Be aware that this is not a hotel, so no reception is available (have to wait for a person to come to check in, payment upfront in front of the elevator, no one to help with luggage, and no one to keep the luggage if you have night flight).
Washing and drying machines are available for free, which is great but the staff will give you max 5 minutes to pick up your clothes before putting your clothes in a small basket in a messy way (all our clothes were so wrinkled we could not wear them for the rest of the trip ... )
Our room were in the mezzanine so we can hear early in the morning the music in the coffee shop downstairs as well as the staff working (bad noise isolation I guess...)
As we had many luggage, it was a hassle to carry them upstairs and go through the coffee shop to access the elevator.
