Cons:

Rate was not as per the booking value..I have to pay more on Reception..That's the worst thing for Booking.com and for the Hotel also..

Never book with Booking.com!
Pros:

They overbooked the hotel and said to me that we will not be able to provide rooms as we have overbooked. This is not the way.

So so experience of SG Hotel or so called New SG Hotel with So so useful Booking.com app.
Pros:

Cleanliness

Cons:

Wrong name on app and actual name is Hotel SG no physical receipt provided by Hotel Manager. No connectivity and location is less surrounded with required basic stuffs. Booking.com also not verify hotel location it's manager it's facilities or its behaviour and just for money given hotel place in their app.
