Not recommended and did not feel comfortable here.
Pros:

Location was central

Cons:

Aged and not so clean. They advertise city view, but the view out the window was just another building and space between buildings. Quite an untidy sight actually.
Not boutique in my opinion.

l emplacement est proche de la vieille ville.Commerces à proximité.

Cons:

Accueil moyen. Chambre: pas de quoi poser sa valise ouverte, pas de placard, pas de penderie, pas de laundry service. lit à l etage WC au RDC. Couloir bruyant.

L'emplacement, proche des remparts.
La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Le petits déjeuner... il commence à 8h, je n'ai jamais pu en profiter.
Il n'y a aucun meuble pour poser sa valise.
Et surtout, il y a trop de clarté dans la chambre, 2 fenêtres en hauteur n'ont pas de rideaux, donc réveillée avant 7h

get rid of smoke and it will be fine
Pros:

I got a supposed non smoking room which had a huge stench for being constantly smoked in. I woke up multiple times during night due to stench. One other thing to be cautious, the bathroom does not have doors. Also no thin curtains so neighbors can see in. Pluses: bed is ok but duvet smells of cigarettes. Good design. Kind staff. Lobby area amazing plus you get free try on of traditional medieval Chinese dresses. Also neighbourhood wierd, had some man trying to scare me in middle of street 22h, shops still open.

Pros:

Невероятно красивые апартаменты. Всё сделано со вкусом и производит впечатление. Мягкие кровати. Удачное расположение – рядом огромный фуд-корт, где можно вкусно поесть. И до достопримечательностей тоже удобно добираться.

Cons:

Я не поняла, что за идея с завтраком. У них есть своё кафе, везде написано, что завтрак включен, но на самом деле – дают пакет со снеками, а завтраком не угощают, хотя могли бы…

The room is unique. However, the room is overlooking the next building that is an old folks home.

Cons:

I am not sure why the location is rated so highly. It is within walking distance to the metro station but it is not extremely close.

Hotel staff is very thoughtful, they have prepared some snacks for us to bring when we were heading out to catch early train.

Hotel staff are nice, but some of them face challenge in giving constructive recommendations
Pros:

We stayed at the loft unit. I thought the layout is quite refreshing. However, the room is dim and the body towel can hardly cover half of our body. The texture is not the normal bath towel, too much design and doesn’t serve the purpose as a bath towel.

Cons:

The furniture in the room varies from what they showed on the website. Specifically the big single sofa was not available as we were only given a simple balcony chair, was told that the comfortable sofa was faulty and they cannot find an immediate replacement. So good luck to you if you are to select the loft unit.

Very clean, good location, everything near hotel.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and in two levels. In the upper level is matress on the floor (no proper bed), but it is very comfy. Bathroom is big, toilet is separated. Everything is very clean, they are cleaning every day (make bed, rubbish bins...). I really liked the location - hotel is 10 min walking distance to subway, right opposite is a restaurant with hot pots; on the street is big supermarket, small shops are set along the street. 200 mts away is a big food market with food court, in 5 min you can reach big shopping mall. Tourist attractions are quite close, if you are not lazy in walking. In short, very convenient location, not residential area. Oh, and one girl on the reception has spoken very good english (otherwise rare thing in hostels in Beijing).

Cons:

1-Illumination in the room - many lights but especially in the night is quite dark in the bathroom, I hardly shaved myself. 2-They put really good attention to details and equipment (cattle, tooth brush, cleaning...), but there was no towel in the room. If I would ask, I could get it probably, but I didn't want to complicate, as I have one in my backpack. 3-There is no breakfast, even stated in booking (one of the reasons, why I choose this hotel). Stuff wanted to prepare me some packed breakfast but I didn't want to complicate matter. They gave me 2 coffee coupons as they run a bar beside hotel, but actually food court one street away was more fun to eat. All in all, everything fine.
