Generally pleasant stay. Can purchase the coffee from the reception counter, it is nice. Personally i dont like the roo

The room is unique. However, the room is overlooking the next building that is an old folks home.

Cons:

I am not sure why the location is rated so highly. It is within walking distance to the metro station but it is not extremely close.

Hotel staff is very thoughtful, they have prepared some snacks for us to bring when we were heading out to catch early train.

Hotel staff are nice, but some of them face challenge in giving constructive recommendations
Pros:

We stayed at the loft unit. I thought the layout is quite refreshing. However, the room is dim and the body towel can hardly cover half of our body. The texture is not the normal bath towel, too much design and doesn’t serve the purpose as a bath towel.

Cons:

The furniture in the room varies from what they showed on the website. Specifically the big single sofa was not available as we were only given a simple balcony chair, was told that the comfortable sofa was faulty and they cannot find an immediate replacement. So good luck to you if you are to select the loft unit.

Very clean, good location, everything near hotel.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and in two levels. In the upper level is matress on the floor (no proper bed), but it is very comfy. Bathroom is big, toilet is separated. Everything is very clean, they are cleaning every day (make bed, rubbish bins...). I really liked the location - hotel is 10 min walking distance to subway, right opposite is a restaurant with hot pots; on the street is big supermarket, small shops are set along the street. 200 mts away is a big food market with food court, in 5 min you can reach big shopping mall. Tourist attractions are quite close, if you are not lazy in walking. In short, very convenient location, not residential area. Oh, and one girl on the reception has spoken very good english (otherwise rare thing in hostels in Beijing).

Cons:

1-Illumination in the room - many lights but especially in the night is quite dark in the bathroom, I hardly shaved myself. 2-They put really good attention to details and equipment (cattle, tooth brush, cleaning...), but there was no towel in the room. If I would ask, I could get it probably, but I didn't want to complicate, as I have one in my backpack. 3-There is no breakfast, even stated in booking (one of the reasons, why I choose this hotel). Stuff wanted to prepare me some packed breakfast but I didn't want to complicate matter. They gave me 2 coffee coupons as they run a bar beside hotel, but actually food court one street away was more fun to eat. All in all, everything fine.

Pros:

La struttura è relativamente pulita e centrale e lo staff è molto disponibile e ti accolgono con un piccolo regalo

Cons:

Le camere sono grandi ma spoglie, in camera appena arrivati abbiamo trovato polvere dietro al letto, non vengono fornite asciugamani o teli bagno ma solo teli e asciugamani di carta usa e getta ( cosa che per il prezzo è inammissibile) e non si può dire che lo fanno per essere eco perché sarebbe solo una scusa. La zona è poco fuori le mura ma a questo prezzo si trova di meglio e più centrale. Il bagno è poco luminoso e i servizi sono molto scadenti.

Pros:

Large spacious rooms, no doors so it’s only curtains. It’s a few min walk from the metro and about 20min from the city wall. The staff were easy to access by WeChat or translator app and most during my stay could communicate easily in English. They have a welcome gift as well upon arrival and a map detailing what is around to make it easier to explore

Cons:

The towels are all disposable and for hand towels it’s ok but for showers it was a bit uncomfortable.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff has given some great suggestion and local knowledge of the local attractions and food options. Love the location which is vey convenient to Xi’an city wall and not far from Bell and Drum Tower. There are few Metros nearby the hotel. Surprisingly we have received a small goodie bag from the hotel staff on departure. 😍🥰😘I would visit again in the future.

Шикарный дизайнерский отель.
Pros:

Шикарный светлый номер с двумя огромными окнами, высокими потолками и качелями. Очень стильный и красивый. Красивая ванна прямо в номере. Подогреваемый автоматический унитаз, чтобы смыть надо нажать сбоку на горящий регулятор, а так автоматически смыв включается. Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца, хорошая косметика для душа. Очень хорошие сотрудницы на ресепшен, говорят через онлайн переводчик. Заказывала через них экскурсию к Терракотовым воинам.
При заселении подарили пакетик с подарком расческа, крем для рук и два фильтр пакетика с кофе. Кофе очень вкусный. Если выйти из отеля направо до дороги и налево, то на перекрестке справа через дорогу будет огромный фудкорт. А если свернуть на перекрестке налево то дойдете до городской стены, но это не великая китайская стена, а городская. По дороге к стене есть китайский магазинчик с чаем, купила там чай в красивых фарфоровых чайницах с птичками в коробках как шкатулки. Недорого. И владелец угощает чаем, делает чайную церемонию бесплатно.

Cons:

Все понравилось.
Если бы еще растения в номере были бы живые, а не искусственные - номер стал бы по настоящему шикарен.
