Incredibly peaceful and lush resort
Pros:

Oh my gosh, when I walked into this place I was like... no way! Especially after coming from busy Hanoi, it was the perfect transition into Hoi An old town. The staff were so wonderful and the resort itself is so peaceful and beautiful, I would highly recommend staying here, one of my fave places so far in Vietnam.

Cons:

There was black mold in the shower and the room mold smell was very potent.

Perfect place
Pros:

Le personnel, très gentil. L'hôtel a vraiment du charme, très peu de monde. Bien placé, pas loin de la ville. Les petits déjeunés changent tous les jours, un régal !

Csodaszép, igényes, tiszta szállás
Pros:

Csodaszép környezet, jól felszerelt szállás, profi személyzet, svédasztalos reggeli, kellemes hangulatú szoba és fürdő. Az egyetlen hely volt Vietnámban ahol normálisan kimosták a ruháinkat és nem volt nagyon erős parfüm szaguk mosás után. Jól működő bérelhető robogó és bicikli amit biztosítanak. Volt privát szféránk, nagyon szerettünk ott lenni!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at zen retreat. The property was beautiful. The staff were so lovely to chat to and very accommodating. They were always available to help with booking activities, giving recommendations and even packed us a delicious breakfast to go when we had an early flight. The pool, free bikes, yoga area and happy hour were particular highlights for us!!

Cons:

Only small issue we had was with water not draining well in the shower, often flooding the bathroom

Beautiful and relaxing.
Pros:

Exceptional customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Having bikes available, allowed us to explore the city on our own. Rooms were very clean and felt luxurious.
The outside space including the spots for relaxation, were beautifully designed .
We enjoyed the massage services at the beautiful spa.
Breakfast was amazing and varied! Miss it already!

Zen Retreat really lives up to its name!
Pros:

We only stayed one night but we thought the Zen Retreat was very well-maintained, friendly helpful staff, with lovely rooms and a gorgeous pool. We also enjoyed a massage there. It is a place MADE for relaxing. Heavenly setting and a short bike ride to Hoi An old town. Highly recommend!

Parfait.
Pros:

C’était formidable. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. La nourriture très bonne. Massage au top. A noter que c’est un peu excentré mais il y a des navettes disponibles.

amazing stay for my birthday!
Pros:

everything was amazing! we couldn’t have wished for more from the property! the staff were the most beautiful people we have ever met, they went above and beyond for my birthday, with a free room upgrade, decorations and even a cake brought to me around the pool! the bed was very comfy and the bathrooms were lovely! cocktails were delicious and food was also great!
