Потрясающий отель. Персонал очень отзывчивый, дружелюбный! Вид из номера фантастический. Завтраки вкусные. Бассейн чистый . В отеле есть небольшой ресторан. Уже хочется обратно. Рекомендую!

Schöne Unterkunft zum Entspannen mit super netten Personal
Pros:

Wir haben vom super netten Personal sehr viele Tipps erhalten für Ausflüge. Weiterhin haben Sie sofort bei Problemen geholfen und Lösungen angeboten! Das Personal ist im Retreat sehr sehr gut! Es ist ruhig und hat einen Pool den man auch bei Regen nutzen kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Shuttlebus, mit dem man kostenfrei nach Hoi An kommt. Dieser fährt 2x täglich hin und 2x täglich zurück. Kostenfrei kann man ebenfalls Fahrräder ausleihen. Das Moped kostete 200.000 VND für einen Tag Leihe (Helme waren kostenfrei und Sprit nicht inkl.)

Cons:

Leider hatten wir beim ersten Frühstück eine Made in einer Drachenfrucht. Außerdem hatten wir direkt neben unserem Zimmer jeden Tag Frösche die gequakt haben. Der Duschkopf war dreckig und die Armaturen teils rostig. Bei der Badewanne mussten wir erst 4 min auf heißes Wasser warten und dann konnte man das kalte Wasser nicht mehr zum regulieren aufdrehen. Die Verarbeitung der Fliesen und anderer Ecken im Zimmer ist leider nicht wirklich ordentlich gewesen. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein und nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet und es gab Löcher in der Yogamatte. Die Bademäntel und Handtücher waren teilweise etwas befleckt. Der Pool hatte Algenbefall. Letztendlich waren viele Dinge nicht so schlimm, aber daher reicht es eben nicht für eine 9/10. Das Personal verdient mehr als 10 Punkte!!!

Una vera oasi zen
Pros:

Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi, lontano dal centro ma non troppo. La struttura si sviluppa intorno ad una laguna, con area fitness, spa e biblioteca tutto su palafitte. La piscina è perfetta anche come temperatura. La camera essenziale ma con tutti i comfort, letto grande e comodo. Colazione abbondante con buona scelta. Un'oasi di pace. Bici free. Cucina ottima

Il posto è bello ed immerso nel verde. Silenzioso e tranquillo. Staff sempre gentile.

Se siete sensibili ai topi, evitate! Ne abbiamo visti una decisa sia sugli alberi che a bordo piscina. Sia la sera che la mattina durante la colazione. Prezzo esagerato per la struttura e per la colazione.

Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour d’un mois au Vietnam
Pros:

La piscine, le petit déjeuner, le lit gigantesque, le calme du lieu ! Et surtout : le personnel, les deux personnes de l’accueil étaient incroyablement gentilles ! Elle était à chaque fois souriante et présente tout au long de notre voyage. C’est ce qu’on s’est dit avec mon copain, il suffit d’ajouter 15€/nuit et vous avez une prestation 10 fois supérieure ! On a beaucoup économisé avec les trajets le matin et le soir grâce à la navette gratuite. Le petit déjeuner était extrêmement complet et très bon !

Cons:

La chambre mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement au niveau de la décoration, mais c’est tout.

Pros:

Le Zen Retreat est un hôtel absolument magnifique, sans doute le plus bel endroit où nous avons séjourné durant notre périple d’un mois au Vietnam. Il constitue un véritable havre de paix au cœur d’un jardin luxuriant. Le calme du lieu offre une détente profonde, en contraste avec l’effervescence des journées passées à Hoi An.

Les chambres s’ouvrent sur le jardin, une piscine très agréable et une rivière parsemée de nénuphars, créant une atmosphère sereine et harmonieuse.
Les prestations sont à la hauteur de la beauté du site, et la sympathie des réceptionnistes rend l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse. L’accueil est attentionné, professionnel et sincèrement bienveillant.
Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Nguyen Phuong Thoi, qui m’a aidée à trouver un souvenir atypique, allant bien au‑delà de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un service de réception.

Nous avons séjourné dans deux chambres, toutes deux propres, spacieuses et confortables, avec une mention spéciale pour la chambre Héritage, qui offre un accès direct au jardin.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, et le restaurant ouvert toute la journée permet de savourer boissons et plats dans différents recoins du jardin, chacun offrant une ambiance unique.

Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés et y retournerons avec un immense plaisir.
