quiet! For a 2 star hotel on the highway in between Mui Ne and Nha Trang, this place was a great value.
The friendly owner, helped us to arrange for meals.
The hotel is really a Homestay. The hostess prepared lunch, dinner and breakfast for me. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. My shower had the hottest and most water pressure of any shower I've had in southeast asia.
Not exactly beachfront and the beach had trash.

It's all really good for its price.No fridge
Clean and comfortable room, but the best part was the wonderful owner. She went above and beyond taking care of us. No restaurants are close, but she went into town and brought us dinner. She’s an absolute delight, very thoughtful and attentive.
A bit far from town - no problem if you have transportation.
Our host , And, was delightful she spoke good English and spent a lot of time with us. Her hotel is a breath of fresh air in an unexpected situation. Clean spacious and well furnished. There is a lovely coffee shop on site where we also had breakfast And prepared which was delicious. For the price it was amazing, really can't recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for a short stop on the main road.

There are restaurants nearby but the better ones are not in walking distance.

The only restaurant available across the road
This hotel is a very small family run house on the edge of a motorway which despite their best efforts is very basic in everyway. Whilst providing the basic amenities only bearable for a maximum 1 night stay the thing I can give a thumbs up to on this hotel is the owners continuous attempts to make sure everything was ok. Would I stay there again NO, location was not good at all
