Pros:

Room number 1 is smelly (comes from outside) and the toilet was not cleaned properly. It was yellow.i had to ask if they could clean it. Also the ashtray outside the balcony was not cleaned. Also asked to clean that. Good breakfast and nice pool. Tiles by the toilets are wornout. Bathroom is smelly.

Perfect for first time travelers
Pros:

This hotel is awesome, the staff is extraordinary. When we arrived one oft he stuff quickly introduced us to the whole island in details. He told us where some good places are to eat, what type of activities we can do (which the staff will also book for you). And which places to avoid. The hotel is perfectly located at the north part of the island, very quiet aswell. We had a fun time on the pool area, and if we had any questions their friendly staff was always kind to help, literally about anything.

Cons:

The bungalow could have been bigger. Altough the breakfast was great, it would been better if they switched up some menus or added some extra stuff to it on different days, so that it‘s not always the same. Even though they explained alot about the island, the one thing almost biggest questionmark i had was about the tides, no one mentioned anything about how the sea and beach behaves during different times of the day (Morning till early afternoons -> tides are high, good for snorkeling and swimming, after 2-3pm -> low tides, difficult to swim and almost dangerous for snorkeling since some corales are out of the water)

Perfecto lugar para descansar y disfrutar
Pros:

El personal muy buena onda, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cuando teniamos que bucear nos permitieron tomar el desayuno mas tarde (el cual es muuuuy bueno) y nos ayudaron con la coordinacion de vuelta al aeropuerto de Lombok (caballo, barco y taxi) la cual fue perfecta. Ademas la ubicacion del hotel la recomiendo mucho. Un poco mas alejado del centro y cerca de las mejores playas para el sunset. Volveria a ir

Pros:

Cet hôtel est véritablement un havre de paix à seulement 5mn de la plage. La décoration est très zen avec une touche féminine appréciable. Nous avons adoré dormir dans les petites maisons traditionnelles avec tout le confort. Le personnel est professionnel et toujours très souriant.
Je recommande à 100%

Cons:

Lors de la visite journalière des propriétaires, il n'y a pas eu ni un bonjour, ni un hochement de tête ou un échange avec aucun des clients de leur part. Je trouve que c'est un manquement professionnel. Heureusement que le personnel compense cela avec leurs sourires et leur gentillesse.

Tutto eccezionale
Pros:

Bellissimo il contesto, molto rilassante. Piscina adatta ai ragazzi, colazione davvero top, sempre cucinata sul momento, con smoothies a scelta di frutta fresca, anche questi fatti al momento. Staff super cordiale, consiglio questo boutique hotel per chi cerca pace. Uno dei migliori che ho visto sull'isola senza dubbio

Migliorerei solo il cambio degli asciugamani, aggiungendo sempre quello più piccolo per mani e viso

A little slice of paradise
Pros:

Stunning boutique hotel, just a short walk from the beach. Great facilities and thoughtful touches- hair drier, beach bag and hats and snorkel masks. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Pool was perfect, always loungers and beanbags available. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help- thank you Khalid and team. A little slice of paradise on Gili Air!

Nothing- wish I had stayed even longer.

Splendide hôtel
Pros:

Un véritable petit coin de paradis ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec énormément de goût. Notre bungalow était parfaitement équipé, avec même des attentions adorables comme le sac de plage garni de serviettes et deux masques de snorkeling Décathlon ! Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, à la fois délicieux et très copieux, ainsi que la superbe piscine de 15 mètres, merveilleusement chaude. Enfin, un grand merci au personnel, d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité exemplaires. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, ce magnifique établissement vaut vraiment le détour !

Allotjament petit però còmode
Pros:

El personal molt atent i disposat a ajudar-te en el què vulguessis. L'esmorzar molt bo i complert. La piscina molt bé. Era còmode i tranquil, molt aprop caminant de qualsevol cosa que necessitessis.

Cons:

La neteja de l'habitació una mica millorable, teníem formigues mortes sota de la finestra i pols sota dels mobles. Tot i que en general la resta estava net.
