Felt stressed never comfortable every night . Small bedroom smelled bad
Pros:

It was walking distance to the Lucas Oil Stadium and good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Besides the chirping noise from the smoke detector after two nights of unsettling sleep I’ve finally gotten Thur to inform the owner. No phone number to reach or leave messages. Owner was rude and had never apologized or took any responsibility for his place. Hard water in shower, broken mirror frame and broken dryer machine and unsafe glass dining table, peeling paint chips from walls and ceiling, but I’m sure the owner knew this. High ceiling but low to the floor uncomfortable sofas. I’ve been a commercial superintendent for old buildings for over 30 years but retired now. The Block apartments at 113 Market Street room 611 needs professional help. It should charge $39 a night motel rates. The owner ask me to be honest, well this is me being truthful.

Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

Directions to the apartment were not concise. I spent so much time looking for sn address that according to an employee in the office "technically didn't exist ". I was shocked. The directions about the keys and how to get into the unit, also unclear. Once inside the apartment we were fine, would have better if it had a sofa sleeper

Great place. Great location. Spacious.
Pros:

We loved the apartment. It was super spacious and clean. Location was awesome too. Right in the middle of everything. Everything was provided for. Like towels and soaps and all that. Great tv selection too. Not stuck with boring hotel cable. Communication with the host was very good and he was helpful. Would stay again. And recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

Didn't like the parking. It was a garage all around the area but you had to then walk a great way back to the apartment. Which isn't the end of the world. But, makes it harder if you have a lot of stuff and a toddler too. Also, some more glassware would of been nice. Just some plastic cups and plates and utensils. Real glass would of been nice for wine, beer and cocktails. Also, need more dishwasher soaps. Oh and instead of a key for the apartment. It should be right on the door, like a digital keypads like more shared stay rooms are doing now days. Would be more efficient and secure if you ask me.

Great until it wasn’t. Privacy and security issues.
Pros:

I loved the location and I loved and appreciated the amount of supplies that were provided. ( cookware and cleaning supplies)

Cons:

Half way through our stay we had a random person walk into the apartment while we were in there. This person let themselves in with a key, apparently to grab cleaning supplies for another rental. We didn’t receive any heads-up, call, or even a text. We just heard a random person coming into the apartment and we didn’t know if someone was breaking in and we were going to have to get ready to defend ourselves or what, as we didn’t receive any notice or communication. After the incident, every time we walked in to the apartment we had an uneasy feeling that someone could be in the apartment. Overall, massive privacy and safety issue. Definitely lost a sense of security, which sucked because the rest of the stay was amazing.
