Pros:

המיקום הגאוגרפי ליד תחנת הרכבת מצויין. ההגעה מהמטוס לדירה הייתה קלה מאוד. זה ממש מול הרכבת.
הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה.

Cons:

שני החדרים ננעלים בנפרד ובלילה הראשון ישנו בחדר אחד כי לא הצלחנו לפתוח את השני. למחורת הצלחנו.
הרחוב הראשי ,מדרכה הקרובה, מלאה חולדות. הרגשנו את זה רק בלילה הראשון,אחר כך טיילנו, אז היינו עייפים מדי לצאת מאוחר.
צריך להגיד שלמרות שהרחוב הצמוד לא נעים, אל תתיאשו, רחוב אחד משם זה עולם אחר.

Close to railway station and easy to get around.
Pros:

Great location and close to railway station. Centrally located and very easy to get around.

Very nice and modern fully redone apartments. Staff was very flexible in letting us checkin before noon as the apartment was still being cleaned. We were able to leave our luggage and get ready before they finished the cleanup. It was much appreciated.

Will stay again if visiting.

Location close to Termini
Pros:

The property is very close to the Roma Termini Station and the Mercato. The bathroom was clean and there were more than enough towels. The apartment looks dated but is okay as we were away most of the time.

Pros:

The internet.

Cons:

* During check in we waited at least 20 minutes for the host to figure out which our room was.
*Although 1st floor apartment was quit big but has all windows with blocked blinds, and no sunlight getting in.
* Host was very unresponsive: We were asking for hairdryer for 2 days and have not get it.
After it turned out (already when we left) that the host has put it into the big trash bin for us to pick 🤐.
* It's true, that the apartment is few minutes away from Termini station, but quite unpleasant area for walking in the evening due to lots if homeless people.

Great location and amazing staff/communication throughout our stay

Location was fantastic right near the station and staff were fantastic, great ongoing communication

Could have done with a hairdryer!🤣
