It was just ok, nothing special

Cons:

I booked it for 3 nights for 1 adult and 1 child. However our plan changed and we wanted to modify the booking for the same dates but for 2 adults and 1 child. I talked over the phone and they confirmed that we can go ahead with the changes without any extra charge. I asked them to send me the mail to confirm the same, but the girl said it won’t be any problem to update at the time of check in. To my utter shock, they denied about any such conversation at the time of check in, and I had to pay the extra amount for 1 adult for 3 nights. Point is not that I can’t pay , the point is that it spoils the whole mood of the vacation. They didn’t budge only even after insisting.
The second issue was that there was an ample amount of delay for the food from the live counters at the breakfast table. All and all, won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Highly disappointed.

The food quality was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Housekeeping is not done till 5 pm, guests washrooms were loaded with tissues . The bathroom door is always open..no warmth in hospitality . No bath towels ,no moisturizer. Everything u have to ask. Wifi OMG horrible system
